These people have been brainwashed and gaslit so bad that even when Biden said on video that trump supporters are garbage, they still say he never said that.

I want out of this circus.
Vote to save our food democracy!

God forbid kids eat some nutritious and healthy food rather than the sewage they serve at schools.

I mean, everyone knew this was going to happen. Will SCOTUS be working overtime? Who knows. I'm pretty sure that Trump & Co. will do their part, given that they'll never win again if they lose now.

I hope people also use the lefty tactics of shoving cameras up people's faces as they do the rigging. This cycle is entertaining in a morbid kind of way. Both sides know they absolutely can't afford to lose.

Trump asked people to vote early and there must be a reason for it. Two things come to mind:

When there are shenanigans, you catch them early (like in PA).

It gives people more time to get votes in, which mitigates the typical bullshit we see on election day (AZ printer crisis, whatever that pipe burst bullshit was in GA last time).

Early voting ≠ vote by mail: VBM seems to be the fraud vector Democrats use, at it aligns with what we know like ballot harvesting and door-to-door vote assistance. I don’t think Dems really like early voting that much.

I voted early (because Trump told me to) in Los Angeles today. Unlike VBM, early voting is exactly the same as voting on election day in California (other states might be different), same ballot machine (we use an electronic machine that makes a paper ballot with dry ink), and presumably the same counting methods. VBM is a totally different process as that’s all wet ink stuff and supposedly requires signature verification. That signature verification part and ‘ballot curing’ is a huge vector for fraud, and just wet ink in general is a vector. Remember, before voting machines we used punch cards, not wet ink. Wet ink wasn’t used for a reason.

It's also justification, if you're back to 2016-tiers of VBM, and you shout about fraud, the vote counting process is sloppy enough that people may just go "who gives a shit, just throw away the votes by mail".

By having a lot of pressure both VBM and Day-Of, if fraud is unequivocally confirmed and not accounted for, the fraction of votes by mail is too high, and requesting a re-vote can be pocket aces just in case the election results are not as desired.

With the VA decision, if we assume Trump takes VA it puts the whole fraud narrative down the drain. Harris would have to win every single remaining swing state, including Arizona, to win.

NC seems impossible to go blue. But it’s still reported as a swing state. This may just be Dem cope because NC going blue would offer a lot of paths to victory even if VA is red.

Not that I ever expect to have the courts give us an answer. But I think it's an interesting question of if Congress has any authority to regulate that. What authority do they have to dictate to a member of the executive branch how to go about their constitutionally appointed duty.
I have no clue, but Congress changed the rules and now Kamala Harris has no way to throw a tantrum (Ghostarchive isn't working for some reason right now).

TYT going to don MAGA hat very soon

The TYT election stream might be interesting to watch, especially if Chenk and Ana get in a shouting fight.

I'm probably going to be switching between TYT, Crowder, and MSNBC for election coverage. I want to see Maddow and that Sheboon Joy Ried go into meltdown mode.

If I could mute Cenk, I swear....

Wow, it's almost like that group of people called "Cyber Ninjas" warned us that the systems were so shit that this exact thing would happen if they continued to use the same fucked-up systems/OS' for voting.

It's almost like all of this could have been prevented if the people in charge actually took this shit a little more seriously instead of hand-waved it as some sort of conspiracy, even though these people had the actual hard evidence supporting their claims.

Fuck I wish jimmy dore was still with them. That dude would be a great shit poster on that stream.

I still really, really doubt Trump is going to take VA. The only way that happens is if enough people in Fairfax who held their nose in 2021 and voted for Youngkin decide to stay home in 2024. The profile of "Government worker/DC bureaucrat who wanted nonsense out of their schools" is never going to swing for Trump, the most they're going to do is sit this one out.

I wonder about the legal stuff behind this. Is the Supreme Court declining to intervene in the election laws of individual states? That would make sense, since they differ so widely.
My educated guess is that the US Supreme Court will generally not intervene regarding state-specific election law unless something egregious has taken place or a federal law/guideline comes into play.

I can't wait for election season to be over simply because I'm fucking tired of my phone blowing up with twenty of these fucking things every day, and at the rate it keeps going I'm going to wind up blocking half the numbers in the continental US.
It's ramping up here, too. I don't even bother blocking the numbers because scampaigners almost never use the same number twice these days and it turns into a futile version of whack-a-mole.

Now this, this is suspicious and to explain it. Its not quite confirmed but it is heavily considered that these 'glitches' are attempts at fraud but done in a digital way meant to be easy to shut down and negate if caught.
From the screen shot, the addresses in questions seem to belong to either social service entities or Protestant churches -- entities which will often allow homeless people to use their addresses as mailing addresses. Perhaps the person in question wandered all over that side of town and used the various churches and shelters in question as mailing addresses at one point or another - triggering the system to display all of them at once 🤷‍♂️? The important thing is to catch this early while it can still be easily addressed and rectified and not have an impact on the final tally.

I disagree with early voting and think this sort of thing is playing yourself, in terms of the Republicans arguing for it.
I am unsure about early voting and so on as well, but you can bet your sweet bippy that the Democrats will argue against it if Trump wins this election and cinches the popular vote.
I personally don't see the point of early voting and it makes less sense to me in areas that offer no-reason absentee voting. However, Republicans should take full advantage of whatever voting options are available to them thanks to Democrat-supported legislation and petition drives intended to boost turnout for their own voting bloc.

If Trump wins thanks to unprecedented early turnout, the potential salt from Dems disliking the opposition for taking advantage of early voting will be glorious.
