That's Oshi no Ko, a shitty series made by the creator of Kaguya-sama. The reason it is so shit is that the woman who draws this is into incest, and the tl;dr of it is the following:

Spoiler: Tl;dr up until the point I had enough of this

● Fatherless girl (the purple hair in the pic) enters into the idol world
● One of her fans is a little girl who's terminally ill and is friends with a doctor (well, medical intern during that point of the story) The girl eventually dies, with the doctor having become a fan of the idol as well during said time
● The idol gets knocked up as a teen by another teen (her boyfriend) who was also a CSA victim
● Breaks up with him because she's a fucking whore and the boy basically becomes crazy
● Hides her pregnancy with the help of a doctor who was a fan of hers, said doctor is the intern previously mentioned
● Her ex-boyfriend murders the doctor using a psycho who's obssessed with the idol
● Eventually the idol gives birth to twins. Said twins are the doctor and the little girl reincarnated
● The ex-boyfriend gives the psycho the address of the idol, which promptly muders her as well because she rejected him. Afterwards, the psycho commits suicide
● The twins get adopted by their mom's manager, who introduces them to the entertainment industry as well
● They grow up, and it is revealed that the little girl was romantically attracted to the doctor in her previous life, and that she still retains some memories of that. So now we have a girl who's in love with her twin brother
● The twins start becoming big within the entertainment industry, with the male twin eventually catching the eye of two of his female co-workers. So now we have love triangle bullshit added to the mix
● Using deductive skills fitting of the poor man's version of Death Note, the boy discovers who's his true father, and that he murdered his mother
● Now the boy is plotting how to expose his father's murders, with the goal of avenging his mother
● While this is happening, and to help cover an scandal that one of his co-workers got into, the boy reveals to the press that he and his sister are the children of the idol from the beggining
● This causes his mother's manager to come out of retirement with the goal of making a movie about the idol's life. The movie is also part of the boy's plan to expose his father, because the guy is still obssessed with his ex-girlfriend, and thus tries to interfire with the movie's production
● They start picking the cast for the movie, and they end up casting the male twin as his own father, and the female twin as his own mother. Meanwhile the writer of the movie (and a blatant self-insert for the woman who draws the manga) adds an scene in which the idol and her ex kiss, and she does at the last minute without informing the actors
● While practicing for the script at night, both twins notice the scene where they are supossed to kiss each other, and the girl ends up kissing her brother
● A little girl appears out of nowhere, and she basically is some kind of weird spirit who's involved with all of the reincarnation bullshit to some extent
● The father ends up meeting with his daughter and talks with her about love and destiny and how he still loves her mother
At this point I stopped reading anything related to the manga because I grew tired of this barely-disguised smut literature and its absurd pretentiousness

The prologue and the actual manga might as well be two entirely different stories which only share some of characters. If I'm not mistaken the manga will end soon, with season two of the anime ending around a month ago as well

Normally I would say that the best thing is to seperate the work from the author. But Made in Abyss makes that really impossible, considering his creepy fetishes are baked into the work.

Which is frustrating, because the anime adaptation has a really good soundtrack and beautiful backgrounds. Even the manga is well drawn

Creating enriching art, wondrous machines, bettering mankind, or becoming a top performer is something that should be lauded. It's also something others should be actively encouraged to do. Same with pursuing a healthy lifestyle.
Jerking it to (regular) porn on occasion isn't completely detestable, nor is enjoying a videogame or other piece of media for fun, but it isn't exactly something praiseworthy. The former is a bit pathetic, the latter is a fun time waster.

Praising pieces of work for "keeping out the normies" with absolutely disgusting flagrant fetishization of unhealthy behaviors should only draw ire, and an investigation.
