It's simple, fujoshi culture in dbz fandom is huge and pretty old (Ex: Naho Ooishi used to make Goku x Vegeta doujinshi) And DBZ is fujo-friendly series (like many shonen classics). You have an huge attractive male cast and they have relations (ex: Goten and Trunks, Goku and Vegeta)

I kept searching and found the original upload of the one that started this, and it's from a pinterest user called TheLGBTPrideArchiver. All they do is make pride flags nobody will ever use, and at least twice slapped pride flags on other peoples' stolen art. It's kind of sad.
