@Uncanny Valley - Yeah. I should just be laughing at this guy, more than anything.
admitting it doesn't make it automatically ok

I hear you, it's like he praises the same few shows, and also hates the same few shows and wants you to know about it. And remember, this is the same man who claims to have been able to tolerate The Nutshack and Drawn Together, something that most other cartoon reviewers (especially Enter and his fanbase) can't stand. While at the same time dismissing old Disney films for being racist and sexist. Something those two shows do regularly. The problem with Strider i feel is that he's stagnant- he only makes the same video over and over again and talks about the same shows all the time. I mean, other critics do tend to repeat themselves (hello, Doug/Lindsay/everyone/Enter), but they usually try to change the topics/speak of a different movie from time to time. And the cartoon critics at least try to speak of other different cartoons/episodes there are out there, or at least try to offer some new idea/interpretation about an old/visited subject.
This guy is just "breadwinners sucks"/"steven universe rules" over and over again without stop. And never really offers anything new to say about it.
I dunno, I feel most reviewers may overrepeat themselves in content but only with Strider do I feel it's an annoying and obvious trait. Maybe it's bc of his delivery, that makes it stand out more?
Honestly, who knows. As I said, Strider's pretty confused about his opinions.TBH, do we really know if he dislike the old Disney films for the racist/sexist card? or maybe we're just supposing...Although, it's safe to assume considering he gushes over Zootopia and Steven Universe...
This: he repeats and regularly references modern popular children's shows for views and whatnot, but this in turn makes his reviews very samey and dangerously spergy. He's also hilariously out of touch with fan reception for shows, like the time he tried making "underrated" lists because Doug sempai did it.The problem with Strider i feel is that he's stagnant- he only makes the same video over and over again and talks about the same shows all the time. I wish there was a cartoon sperg whose targets weren't shows that lasted for like <10 episodes or got canned years ago. Pick something harder.

Oh, this guy. This guy has far and away the most annoying, grating voice I've ever heard in a reviewer, while his "Crowning Moment of Awesome" page on TV Tropes is notable for stretching the definition of"awesome moment".Hey, anybody else who has seen content of "Rowdy C" (Chris C. Moore) who makes an "angry reviewing" show called "TV Trash"?

Ah, how many people have pointed out how he looks like the love child of Chris-Chan and Linkara.

And that is the logo he uses for his website. Seriously!!
Despite some... "issues", he actually comes off as an above-average reviewer and at least showcases some obscure older cartoons.
Indeed. Even Asalieri makes it his main issue about him:Oh, this guy. This guy has far and away the most annoying, grating voice I've ever heard in a reviewer, while his "Crowning Moment of Awesome" page on TV Tropes is notable for not having a single awesome moment on it.
TGWTG is dead to Asalieri. He hasn't mentioned Doug in a long time.^Has Asalieri commented on Doug's problem?
Asa's barely done an RAR lately, much less one with Doug again. Hell, I don't think he's even watched any of Doug's stuff post Demo Reel.^Has Asalieri commented on Doug's problem?
