So the ending posted is indeed a bad ending which can be avoided by befriending your merry gang of faggots and doing sidequests and whatnot. Here's the real ending, which -- surprise, surprise! -- reveals the true villains have yet to be confronted, and they've been pulling strings forever (including, it's implied, Loghain all the way back at the battle of Ostagar, not to mention the freaking Tevinter magisters who invaded the Golden City). Any guesses who these dorks might be?

I really cannot stand this fucking normie defense for swallowing slop. Nigger, what "story?" You want to see what happens to Solas? You really want to see trannies utterly annihilate a setting and storyline you used to care about?

Anything to justify eating shit, I swear. I just don't get it.
That's pretty much what I told him, although in a polite corpo way of speaking. I don't understand it either. I get wishing to see the conclusion of a story we knew and loved in DA: O+A, but even he admitted DA:I was kinda bad, and that he knows DA:V will be worse. Normies want closure no matter the shit taste it will leave in their mouths, I guess.

Unless I’ve completely mixed him up with Greyhawke or Dragonlance, but I’m 90% certain it’s Forgotten Realms.
Nope, you're right. Ed Greenwood is still cashing checks from his "one Forgotten Realms book a year" perpetual contract with WotC.

Greyhawk and Dragonlance are based though. It's a shame we'll never get anything involving them again because trannies and women love Forgotten Slop so much.

I didn't think they could fuck up the entire lore this badly and I was wrong. I regret asking. Fuck my life bro its over. This is not right. Type in the chat if you guys think this is wrong.

So after a little poking around other message boards, the consensus seems to be this shadowy bunch of puppet masters are "the Executors," as the symbol matches that described in a couple of War Table missions and a short story in Tevinter Nights. Extremely vague and mysterious until now, certainly no indication they've been pulling strings for at least the last millennium. There seems to be some displeasure with this plot twist.

So…is this new set of villains like, even mentioned in the lore? Or are they entirely a new invention? The evanuris are hinted at as earlier as the dalish origin in DAO.

The solas ending bit…I’m pleasantly surprised? Solas is the Byronic anti hero yet trickster god rebel and ends up bound forever like Prometheus for his mistakes.

Notably the ending doesn’t mention the Qun, or anything in the south.

Had a conversation with some guy at work about this game today. I told him I ain't buying or even pirating it because the game is shit. He basically agreed it's not even a DA game anymore but he still bought it because he likes "the story". I told him I hope he has fun with what story is left.

What a retard. Anyway, how bad is it bros? I know some of you gay retards said you will be buying it.
Dragon Age is one of those games that hasn't been good since the first, but there is a good size group of people , who keep buying the games hoping that this one would be like the first again. Everyone who bought will hate this game, but (if) there is another one after this would still buy it chasing that high from Orgins "Saying this one will be good". Rinse and repeat.

How in the actual fuck does it keep climbing? I was handing out a 50k tops prediction, who are these depressed people who play Veilguard on release day.

Two war table missions and a short story, if it is the Executors. That's it. Nothing like the buildup the eluvians or the Evanuris got, even if in Origins those were mostly tucked away in Dalish areas of the game.

As for Solas, apparently there's another variant on the ending where he's redeemed, but I haven't seen it yet.

However bad the game is, there's been a decade of anticipation. If you were a big fan and you're not too plugged into all the leaks and controversy, there's no reason not to be excited for it. Maybe you've heard some rumors, but you like the series too much not to find out for yourself. Why do you think EA ponied up for a week of curated reviews?

Holy shit that ending is trash. Oh noo all the people you fought was controlled by some mysterious organization. They really went out their way to shit on previous games.
Eh…I’m not entirely so sure.

Seems like the final bosses of the fifth game will be the forgotten ones, (the other “evil evil”) part of the elven pantheon.

With the archdemons and old gods just being their proxies.

The secret ending implies the entire series has been their long standing plot…to destroy the world somehow? Probably.

Now that I think of it, it does line up and there are some hints that there was some other force influencing things.

Not that I’m praising the game but it seems whatever series Bible exists-they are still loosely following it.

Troons, Femcels, Pooners, the chronically unemployed. tbh, its probably going to keep rising until the weekend ends. I have a feel DAV mihgt be one of those games that sells a lot but people hate after playing it, after EA get their money, This game may not flop though.

Fucking called it that it will be Mass Effect 2 only gay nigger fantasy style. It was obvious the moment the companions were the bulk of the story.
