How are we feeling about Trump's chances?

Right now on the thread? Majority probably thinks he wins, a decent few are skeptical (mostly because polls are inaccurate, cheating, etc), a few genuine doomposters, and 3 glowies.

Personally, I'd be surprised if he loses, but I think it's gonna be a much tighter race than a lot of people think, simply because there's already been extensive cheating (nobody will convince me the 168000 "glitch votes" would have been excluded if they weren't caught) and we don't know how far and wide the cheating goes.

It's very, very likely that a recount is going to be asked at the end of the election, simply because there are already lawsuits on paper about interference, and the evidence is piling up by the day.

I think they both have their strengths and weaknesses. I wouldn't say I like Vance better than Trump for that reason.
My hope is that Trump will teach him the art of the deal and the skill needed to be president, what to watch out for, the snakes in DC, all of it.
I don't think Vance has the experience to know that stuff, especially diplomacy and trade deals.
They make a good team. Hopefully Vance will learn a lot and be ready for 2028. I don't think he is yet and not because he's bad. He just needs tutoring.

Vance seems like the type that would be a quick study, and I sure hope trump is around to give vance guidance if needed after his next term.

From what I've heard other people say who know him and have worked with him, Vance is legitimately extremely intelligent. So I don't doubt that.
