Also the reason for Trump being ineligible to hold office is due to the treason and insurrection clause. Which is irrelevant because not Trump nor ANYONE present at Jan6th was even tried for insurrection, let alone convicted of it. This attitude flies in the face of innocent until proven guilty.

By the way that whole narrative was pushed by a jew historian named Eric Foner who's pretty much the main reason of where the modern narrative of "The South was evil and Reconstruction didn't go far enough" came from in regards to the civil war.
