I know where I am it's basically trivial to keep up with CLE and can be done essentially for free if you're willing to settle for useless busywork courses. The ones that are actually useful and worth your time charge, but not much. If I'm remembering the raid docs, there was ketamine and an unidentified brown substance (could be heroin, hash or brown brown but not enough of a description to narrow it down)
There was also the suspicion that with the cases lying around that they were mixing coke and gunpowder so might tip the scales towards brown brown.

Then add in the copious amounts of hard liquor, it was a recipe for disaster but great fertilizer for the bountiful harvest we now witness.

Nick's brain damage to me doesn't seem that far of what you get from alcoholics that fall of the wagon.
