For a similar situation remember the same people explaining that all of us, ALL OF US, deserved to have our civil rights removed via gunpoint if we refused to take an experimental gene therapy that they decided we HAD to take, and if we disagreed well, fuck you die mad. I think they will try to cheat. Howeve

1. Trumps team seems to be on top of it.
2. Twitter being liberated has created a lot of transparency as you can see with all the videos being uploaded by normal citizens.
3. Kamala is a horrible candidate and all the astroturfed support is not convincing anyone that she is popular.

These conditions are at least putting the doubt and fear into would be cheaters. The low level cheaters know they are being watched and filmed. The establishment cheaters know her winning will look shady as fuck and nobody will buy it.

The media is trying to counter these cheating claims by dismissing them with the usual tags (misinformation conspiracy etc). The media acts as an arm for the Democrats. They are scared.

We also have some court precedent going our way. We've got a SCOTUS ruling saying that if the law says a ballot can't be counted, you can't count it, and a circuit court ruling saying you can't keep collecting ballots after election day.

Hate to be an ass, but I doubt the media ever will; with the amount of easily brainwashed tards that automatically believe anything the media says, it's likely that the Dems will use Jan. 6th as one of their preferred propaganda pieces for quite some time.

The test will be in a decade or so when January 6th makes it into the education system. As a chapter in the history books when MAGA tried to overthrow the government. Even though that wasn't the intent of it and they had no chance of doing so anyway.

The SCOTUS decision doesn't seem so bad - they ruled that if state law says your mail-in ballot can't be counted due to being submitted improperly, then it can't be counted. They can still vote in person. Improperly submitted ballots overwhelmingly favor Democrats, so the real question is if the 2 am dumps full of procedurally illegitimate votes for Kamala will be counted, and if SCOTUS will uphold their counting (whether explicitly or via standing & laches).

Won't matter if the D Machine is able to get ballots into the count there's no way to remove them after that has been done. No matter how improper they were.

No matter the results, there are already multiple organisms that have promised to, at least, put people on track to individually sue if they've been affected by voting fraud.
Pushing too hard to investigate could cause a re-count, and I wouldn't be surprised if there is still some fraud attempts on the Republican side, potentially triggering a re-vote.

The one thing that I really wonder is whether or not the new Trump admin is going to revamp the voting laws, and force-push voter ID.
There's the risk that this opportunity would be used to push Federal ID cards (or mobile ID) though, just like Europe does.

A Special Prosecutor is -supposed- to be done through Congress. He can direct his DOJ to pursue this line but to get anywhere would need congressional affirmation.
