I was a fan of Nick's. I remember the last episode I watched being the one where he said his wife's body was destroyed. I remember going "WHOA, WTF. NOT COOL.
I know a lady who overshared that despite giving birth to her healthy and natural son, her lady parts are effectively ruined. The doctors told her she wouldn't be able to carry any future pregnancies to term because the first one tore her up inside & out on his way out of there. She no longer likes or has vaginal sex, despite still having a sex drive. She's frustrated but copes via humor and telling everybody about it I guess.

"Destroyed" is crude but possibly literal. Regardless, you have every right to be shocked and offended on behalf of her no-longer authorized, non-practicing pussy.

Its important to remember that the point of Nick's story about all this was the consequences to Nick. Nick didn't tell the story in terms of any empathy for his wife whatsoever. Quite the contrary, Nick seemed to be talking about what Nick had sacrificed in the situation. What Nick said was so awful that in many situations it would have resulted in instant divorce papers or physical assault.

I had already had it with Nick by that point but that was definitely a moment in his descent from merely being a lolcow to being a genuinely despicable subhuman piece of shit.
I bailed before that when streams were becoming flooded with the toast shit
I didn't so much bail as lose interest. Shit was boring.

That was before the phase of clips where "He said WHAT? Lmao!" And the later phase of "He did WHAT? What an absolute scumbag!"

What, you mean you don't like watching an AIDS skelly downing a shot every time someone throws up 50 bucks to bemoan how their Parakeet was bewitched by a Voodoo doctor and won't stop saying nigger in polite company?

Usually the main title needs to be accurate, but until some superjanny strikes this down...

Understood. I'll start bribing @Trombonista with latkes and cute pictures of John the Armadillo.

Can't do anything about Null though. Good luck!

My favorite thing about Nick now is how unfunny he's shown himself to be in these meltdowns.

"Oh yeah, Sean? I destroyed my life and disgraced everyone around me? Well, the sandwich store called, and they're running out of ham due to your effortless, boundless consuming as a black hole devouring the light of distant stars! Kind of like your career, huh? Yeah, I read the news."
Your parody here depicts Nick as way wittier than he actually is. He'd just call Sean fat. Maybe another mention of a sandwich.

That's right Grifty, only GAWD ALMIGHTY PRAISE JESUS BROTHER HALLEUJAH AMEN can judge people. No one else!

Now something doesn't add up here....
That's not all that doesn't add up. He tweet bragged to Sean yesterday with the claim that he was the one that told Nick about Aaron sharing Kayla's nudes with Geno. Specifically so that Nick would involve the police.

And, last year, he was championing the idea of the Farms being reported to the authorities for some unspecified crime against MANdy.

For a lolbertarian who hates the government so much, he seems to like the idea of the cops getting involved when it's beneficial to Nick.

Oh, but the people at the church who reported Nick was on drugs and neglecting his kids? Government bootlickers! Should burn in hell.

Lolbertarians are funny.

Were the neglect charges dropped?
Nope.

Were the neglect charges dropped?
No, this guy is likely referring to one of Nick’s talking points in the Franks motion.

When the pastor reported the neglect to the police, the police gave the information to CPS. CPS has different rules and standards for what necessitates a home visit. They told the police that the report didn’t have enough information to meet CPS standards for them to conduct an investigation, so the police continued with their own investigation. Detective Pomplun then watched Aaron’s streams and the cokestream, and you know the rest.

Nick thinks that omitting this from the search warrant application was the police lying to the judge by omission, but it’s really not relevant to the police’s investigation, and it makes perfect sense why it was left out.

I agree. Kayla being damaged might explain their bizarre home life though, a lot of women would probably lose confidence and not think they could hold a marriage together when the man already had a trust fund, and then began doubling his income via partying on YouTube. The kids weren't enough of an anchor for her wealthy, horny husband, let's let another woman & drugs into the equation and not appear prudish. A woman in that mindset wouldn't freak out at her body being described as "destroyed," she'd be desperate to hold onto what she built for her kids.

I imagined he was just a fat retard, nonetheless his claim is straight up false. Sure, CPS didn´t act on the first report but after the raid the state charged him with neglect when they saw the children´s conditions... it´s such a dumb lie.

People often focus on the retardation of the "muh watermark" argument and neglect that every other argument wetbrain Nick made was also slap-yourself-in-the-forehead drugged out idiocy.
He wanted to go into petro engineering for an easy job with his grand-father, or something akin to that.
His grandfather was apparently smart enough to make that money so was also smart enough to realize hiring his mentally retarded fuckup grandson would lose him that money.

I have been reading all these post about Bob and Celeste. "From Bob’s CPS testimony and from recent events we can infer that Bob and Celeste are pushovers and will go with whatever Nick says and does."

Last night I read Bob's testimony from the hearings over the summer posted by MNPublicRecords. It is obvious Baldo's father Bob was completely sweeping for him. It would have been interesting if Celeste testified to compare their testimony, and see if she could remember the script. There was all this talk about how they would be there to supervise, however after the hearing with CPS, Bob and Celeste flew to the UK for a golf and tennis vacation. Upon returning from the UK, Bob and Celeste have been at the waterfront Yacht Club estate house in St. Pete, FL near Treasure Island. Then hurricane Helene and Milton hit and the house was flooded out. This has required all their efforts for clean up and recovery. Bob shut down his open Facebook and IG feed to private after the CPS hearing, However Celeste kept her IG open, but made her FB private. Bob and Celeste posted a lot of photos of their travel open to public viewing before they enabled privacy settings.

Celeste

Bob

It is obvious, Bob and Celeste have been spending little to no time in Minnesota to supervise Nick. These two are a huge part of the problem as complete "ENABLERS". If they really had any love and concern for their grandchildren, they would have remained in Minnesota to supervise Nick, and follow through with the commitments Bob made at the last CPS hearing. Instead, their summer vacation to the UK and going to the beach in Florida was more important. Don't look or expect for any meaningful intervention by Bob and Celeste for the safety and wellbeing of their grandchildren.

Part of me wanted to hear his arguments for tossing the warrant (beyond Pomplun LIED), specially arguing the CPS shit that was only mentioned as background for looking more into him, culminating on watching the cokestream.

You wouldn't dare not pay a court-appointed (?) fee, but Nick now knows this nothing to really be scared of.
So long as you don't mind paying 10 times as much as the original fine and getting dragged to jail in cuffs until you cough it all up up front.

Literally every argument Nick made was some variation of this dumb shit. The cops should have ignored the law that applies to cops and instead relied on CPS making a decision based on laws that apply to CPS. The court should apply the same strict standards of evidence to probable cause for a warrant that apply at trial.

Every single argument was deliberately (or just in a state of drug-addled imbecility) confusing one area of law for another and trying to argue that applying the proper legal standard was somehow wrong because a different legal standard applied to something else completely different.

This either makes Nick an idiot for having his lawyer do that, his lawyer an idiot for coming up with that, or both of them being idiots, with Nick being too much of an idiot to realize what an idiot his Barnesalking lawyer was being.

I believe he also chose law school in an attempt to find some way into the fund earlier, or something. Or to have leverage over bullshit like whatever he does now. You wouldn't dare not pay a court-appointed (?) fee, but Nick now knows this nothing to really be scared of. This stupid government...
Like, I don't know if there could have been something else he could have chosen instead of law, but law was his choice for other reasons, too, beyond the trust fund (or around it, maybe?).
He also had some low level job in the finance sector after college for a few years that he bombed out on. Then his parents bankrolled law school. I believe the big family windfall occurred when Nick was between 18-22, so I think his idea was he would become the “expert” and the family would trust his expertise to manage the fortune….only they didn’t. He just remained on a big boy allowance and every kid probably was another reason he needed more money.

I think at some point they just told Nick that raising their precious grandchildren should be his full time job, just focus on that honey. It’s why we constantly hear Nick yammering about kid activities, lessons and home school, this was what his parents were paying him to do. I think Nick was very unhappy with this and felt he had more important things to do than devote himself to being a full time Dad. What’s amazing is how hard he failed at it. The minute his income didn’t depend on being a dad, we got the swinging, the hookers, the drugs the Hedo trips, etc…

I’m sure they’ve patronized Nick a lot, but they don’t trust him to manage finances- his own or theirs. His parents were right to keep him on a short leash. They were literally paying Nick and Kayla a high six figure salary just to parent their own kids and they managed to fuck that up so bad it’s mind boggling.

I wonder if the Bank of Mom and Dad are now paying the side piece a nanny salary to keep Nick happy? I’d love to know the extent they are still enabling Nick because of the grandkids.
Nick is the stereotype of the rich kid who did nothing but mooch off his parents wealth while doing nothing of his own. And he knows it.

Nick didn’t have to stick to anything or put his nose to the grindstone because he always had a thickly padded safety net. He could always walk away or hold his nose in the air if things got tough or hurt his ego. It allows one to be a petulant child even if they are 40.

Nick realized that people were very impressed by a guy who could have a large family and run his own business successfully enough to live in nice home.
At least for me, the only reason Nick had any credibility was due to his biographical details. It’s hard work, smarts and discipline for a guy to afford a large family with a dedicated SAHM in nice home all funded by his work at a solo law practice. He definitely let people believe his life was due to his work as a successful, practicing small town attorney. Everything changed when I discovered a trust fund was the reason for the big house, the law office and being able to raise a large family.
would suspect that Nick uses all the kids as bargaining chips with his parents. That they are too valuable in that sense for him to sell outright.
100% The kids have basically been held for ransom (ie fund my jobless lifestyle b/c I’m a full time dad) for many years. The few years where Nick made YT bank is the only time Nick actually earned enough money to support the comfortable lifestyle his parents have always funded, but that’s so over now. He showed how much he didn’t want to be a dad when his income didn’t depend on playing one.

I’m sure his parents supported Nick through the CPS shit because there wasn’t any other good option. I’m sure they love their grandkids but they can’t take on raising all five. Nor do they want them split up or raised by some foster family. They are trying to make Nick and Kayla get their shit together to keep doing the job they’ve been paying them 15 years to fucking do - just raise the grandkids. Also if they didn’t support Nick he can can cut them off from seeing their grandkids. The one advantage they have is that Nick can’t actually support his own family so he has to maintain some level of good relations with his parents to ensure financial comfort.

I get the idea Bob and Celeste would have liked to have a bigger family themselves but the maybe the hard realities of jobs, responsibilities, cost of living, etc.. ensured they only had the kids they could afford and had the time/energy for. They had an idea when the big money rolled in that they could offer their own children the opportunity to have large families without any financial worry. Don’t worry about how much your job pays, the cost of any children will be 100% covered. Cost of living, big house, school fees, lessons, nanny, etc.. It seems like an amazing offer but the dark side is becomes the trust fund version of the welfare queens - having kids to get more $$$ and benefits.

I get the idea Nick saw Kayla as his baby producing machine that should do most of the work. He was trying to find something to do with himself that would fit his own giant ego but kept failing until the lawtube stuff. Nick definitely had no interest in being a full time dad, even if he was being paid handsomely to be one.

It will be fun to know, if he fights the neglect charges, if he reinforces the claims recently made that he wasn´t allowed to ask for a "counter test" tho I doubt this thing goes to trial.

I distinctly remember that sometime way back in the halcyon days of 2018 or 2019, a crude superchatter asked Nick what color Kayla's nipples were. Without missing a beat, Nick said that was disrespectful and dismissed the the superchat. That was the Nick people liked.

When he said that Kayla's body was destroyed was the first overt and unmistakable sign of Nick's decline imo. No one could overlook that comment.
