An family member of mine's job used to involve doing all the administrative stuff involved with law licences. A massive amount of her workload was chasing up payment from lawyers who hadn't paid their licence renewal fees on time.

Nick fails to pay a lot of things in a timely manner. I wouldn't assume he's being in any way strategic here.

I'm thinking of throwing together a quick and dirty "Low Tier Balldoguards" thread for the Balldoverse Collapse subforum.

That was a very revealing clip. Nick is standing like some weird gimp or faggy creature in this clip. Also caught him intimating he was aware of his reflection in the window, so that means he approved of how he looked in it, on some level. It’s difficult to tell if he’s wearing pants, too. Looks like boxer shorts maybe or some plain, thin, shorts. If he’s just wearing underwear, that makes everything even worse. It literally is just a dictionary. It contains a lot of words and phrases, and describes how they're used and what they mean. The only special thing about it is that it describes the legal meaning of words and phrases that are not relevant to the vast majority of people.

I think the only people who actually use legal dictionaries are sovereign citizens, who lack the legal knowledge to even understand the definition provided. Maybe they're useful for academics doing comparative analysis of different jurisdictions that use different vocabulary? Or legal historians? But the definitions they contain are definitely not authoritative or legally binding because they're in Black's.

Either way, if anyone ever cites a legal dictionary, they probably don't know what they're talking about.
