Sam then took the rest of the (white) cast to tell them they have nothing to worry about with Burt, they have a full staff and medical team, Burt is medicated and the doctors have assured him he's not a danger to anyone. He then went on a rant about how schizophrenia disproportionately affects African Americans (not sure where he was going with this, but I think he was trying to speak to their liberal tendencies), and then went off on Ted for saying 'fag' and 'retard' while saying 'fag' himself like 6 times lol.
Trying to guilt them into not kicking him probably

Sam just gave Burt the Biden treatment for the presidential run. There's also a poll on the site asking if they should let Burt go on moral grounds, with "no" winning.

"There's no doubt that Computer loves you and you're Computer's favorite".
To expand on this further: Sam and Ben took Burt into the confessional and told him that Famous House is just a middle of the road reality show and he needs to just chill for the next week, Burt asks Sam what he should do to help calm down and Sam tells him to stop taking either ephedrine or Excedrin, Fishtank chat is split on which one he said. Ephedrine is a straight up stimulant, Excedrin contains caffeine so either way he's taking stimulants which are real fucking bad for his condition.

Burt just got every single thing correct about what famous house really is and sam just gaslighted him and told him he's completely wrong.

Burt confirmed to be unironically 2smart4fishtank. If he was able to detect sarcasm/satire/irony/parody just a little bit better he would've figured everything out by now.

The show's foundation is basically dumb contestants and Sam Hyde and Jet had that clip from a while ago where they said for this season they found "lots of really, really dumb contestants".

I'm curious as to what they're angling with having Sam and Ben have arguments/meetings on camera, but away from the fish. I understood doing it in front of the fish, to sell the illusion. But why keep up the bit in front of an audience who knows it's all bullshit?

The Nathan Fielder link seems relevant, I almost wonder if the whole "show inside a show" is just what we're watching right now. If the show never escalates into full-on fishtank territory, we're basically just watching reality TV. The drama between Ben and Sam, yelling at Vance for fucking up etc. might also become more important as the show progresses.

Luke also said something about The Truman Show on his IG live (implying he felt like the Truman in the house) when someone commented about few of the fish being or trying to be actors. Are they all actors? Is this show making me schizophrenic?

My guess (and I'm not an actor so take this with some salt) that it's to help them keep in character and sell the bit. Plus just in case any fish eavesdrop on them. I think it's a lot easier to go along when the bit when you act out a private fight than just saying you had a fight, if that makes sense.

Because it's funny. And I don't necessarily mean the fights themselves (although I do find them funny) but the idea that we know - they know - we know it's fake, yet they keep up the act is entertaining.

Idk what their plans are for after the 6 weeks, but they keep shooting scenes with the cameras manned by Luca/Vance, so I would assume that these fights fit into some overarching narrative that would be for an edited show that doesn't break kayfabe.

These wiggers are trying to act intellectually superior when an autistic schizo bbc bull has figured out their show, and the only way they can stop him is by outright lying to his face and distract him with tts.

Burt's guess was that the show is for gay men and the entire cast is queer oriented. His second guess was that everyone within famous was very famous. He literally said the twelve people in the house were the most famous people in the United States in 2024. That was his theory.

If he didn't have mental illnesses I'm sure he would have figured out the true nature of the show, but Burt was pretty far off. My guess as to why Sam told him the show was just a normal reality TV show is they don't want him to break early on. Fishtank has had a habit of targeting the content making Fish until they breakdown and leave. Burt is a high risk for this.

It shows they're learning from past seasons. The last thing they want is for Burt to breakdown and leave. They're playing it extra safe.

His second guess was that it's a prank show and all those scenes they are made to film are just pranks on contestants
