US states have their own election laws.

Which should be overridden because they affect the whole country. Imagine if half the states had very safe and secure voting via strict laws and regulations, including requiring ID, whereas the other half not only had absolutely no electoral security whatsoever but passed laws saying that non-citizens were allowed to vote? How is that even remotely fair?? Best cheater wins?

I though about taking Tuesday off of work and didn't. So hopefully everyone waiting until after midnight to have butthurt no matter who wins.
I won't be available till after work either. But I will be coming here as soon as I can, to hopefully watch an entertaining shit show.

I would prefer not to have the federal government telling me what to do, thank you very much.

Please stay in whatever unicameral parliamentary dogshit country you live in.

Watching LIVE ELEKSHOON NOOT COOVERAGE is fake and gay, wait for autists to clip the spiciest and funniest parts

Be a troo and hoonest sperg and do nothing but feverishly refresh the returns pages for each race your entire existence is dooply invoosted in

Of course Trump can lose

It comes down to two questions

Did one side (or both) cannibalize their election day vooters by encouraging early vooting? This is more of a question for Trump but still relevant to Kumala

Will enough women turn out for Kumala (and not enough men for Trump) for her to win, or will it be the other way around? Are the polls on the gender gap accurate? If Trump does better with women than expected, he wins. If Kumala does better with men than expected, she wins. If both sides do better than expected with the gender they have a big deficit with, it'll be close as fuck

Doomers like me believe that the EV turnout has drained Republican voters on Election Day and Democrats will turn out in enough numbers to outvote them, or more likely, that the same mechanisms used for Biden in 2020 will be re-utilized and sink chances for the swing states. Yes, I know that it's harder to rig this time around, but Trump had more votes in swing states in 2020, as well.
I'm convinced this will be the case too. A lot of election day voters showed up early, and we'll see the usual fraud drops in the days after Tuesday until the Democrats "win" again. Definitely not an Orange Man landslide.
Putin would be a fool to take more than (or even as much) he currently holds. If he sticks to the region directly bordering Russia where a majority of the population speaks Russian he'll be fine and that's something that both sides will be able to agree to. Trying to take over more is going to mean decades of internal problems in the region similar to what Northern Ireland went through. Even though the US will cut off funding to Ukraine, European countries might be willing to throw more money at the war just to bleed Russia for while longer. If he just wants the Russian speaking areas along the border, they will push Zelensky to accept the deal.
Everyone in the Ukraine outside of rural Galicia/adjacent areas (westernmost Ukraine) speaks Russian. "Ukrainian" is a now-dead rural dialect once spoken near Kiev mashed together with the Galician dialect. It's technically a language in the same sense that Scots is technically a language. If the Ukraine will not become a Russian satellite like Belarus, then Putin must thoroughly crush the Ukraine and at the very least make a border on the Dnieper plus Odessa. Otherwise NATO will just send their Banderite puppets into another proxy war in 20 years.

Congress can pass national election laws that would supersede any state law they conflict with. It's in the constitution. There's already a federal law saying only citizens can vote in national elections (for congress and the presidency). So a state passing a law saying non-citizens can vote in those elections would be meaningless. They don't have to anyway because states can simply not enforce that law if they want, enforcement of the laws for national elections (federal laws and their own state laws) is left up to the states

real or not this is the funniest thing I’ve seen since mistaking some guy’ “thug costume“ for an isis member on Halloween. I mean someone had to, sick yeah, but at least it’s more on normal compared to those weirdos who fetishized trump’s pp.

This is my genuine worry with this election: Trump having the election in the can and Kamala snatching it away due to a whorillion votes.
I don't agree with the doomers, but everyone whooping and hollerin' over an easy Trump victory needs to understand things can go bad FAST.

Not to be another doompilling retard, but I really gave up hope it will be election “night.” Even the Maricopa county government said it could take 13 days to count the results. In what world does it take 13 days to count the results in one state? For comparison India takes a month to count election results for the whole country, and they have like 500 million votes cast.
