Even in a hypothetical situation where an American domain registrar took down an innocuous fundraising page for a legal US company, I'd just move it to fund.kiwifarms.net or our kiwifarms.is domain. Domains are trivial. The Pirate Bay has been playing this game for 15 years and that's with the full force of the American copyright league against them -- people with billions and billions of dollars at their disposal.
