i am a long time dissident activist who shares news and entertainment media into the web and because of the complete lawlessness of the internet , i have always attracted professional trolls to harass me, derailing my conversations,gaslighting me any way they can, stealing my media, adulterating it to debase and defame me , reposting it as impostors that harass my friends, call me at all hours and they even allegedly have a forum dedicated to me that they charge subscriptions to view and a download torrent with my media that they're selling, claiming it all to be protected by the first amendment and fair use, when the fact is they're protected by lack of jurisdiction at the local and state levels and lack of manpower at the federal and international levels and an anonymous internet connection that protects them from instant karma.

i have been complaining to the TPD about these things for several years. lt. jim scott agreed to take the reports and at least investigate them enough to determine if they merited further investigation by the FBI. this has never happened, instead routing everything to jason winsky who refuses to investigate anything but my mental health. he has filed three falsified petitions already and is allegedly going to be serving a fourth one any day now, possibly today. their only excuses for not investigating is the lack of jurisdiction, which was already known and agreed to at least look into it by lt. scott , and that i'm not nice to them.
