That's why Brosnan several years earlier would have been great... Instead of starting with Goldeneye, Trevelyan could have been a minor character in a Brosnan-led Living Daylights and returned to finish his arc with a bigger Goldeneye as Brosnan's swan-song. His last two were entirely meh anyway. Cool the franchise off for five years or so and bring Craig in a couple years younger. Lots of what-ifs with that franchise.
I actually thought TWINE was pretty good until Denise Richards showed up

Bond turned to the dark side.
James Bond was always a lunatic. Goldeneye was just one of the few Bond stories were he makes it clear that his motivation was not For King And Country, but revenge. Plus, it has Sean Bean in it, who fucking rules in everything he's in.

Anyway, get out there and vote, people!

I will give a little bit of credit to the Democrats they smartened up and didn't shove the whole "first female president" thing down our throat like they did in 2016. Most of the time they can't even get to that point since they are too busy ragging on Trump, but still. Maybe they got smarter and realized most people don't give a fuck about the president being female or not, or they're still stupid and think that her being a female hurts her chances.

Well, I’m oddly optimistic this morning. I’ve got Trump at 312, sweeping the battlegrounds. Not entirely sure why, just what my gut keeps telling me.

Just can’t help but think that if the fix were in, a lot of public figures who have been hedging their bets or outright refusing to endorse anyone would be acting differently. Bezos definitely has the connections to know if the fraud is enough or not. Even many Democrat politicians aren’t their usual arrogantly confident selves.

Case in point, I just saw an ad from a local democrat putting pictures of him and Trump together in his ad and claiming he would get along with President Trump. My state is solid red but still, good sign I think.

Well, whatever happens, at least I will finally stop being hammered with endless minute-long, unskippable ads for abortion and gambling propositions.

I looked it up and found that 538 had declared a 90% chance of victory for Biden in 2020 (before Election Night), with only this election being 50-50 or 51-49, which is far more optimistic. If the polls for swing states aren't a mirage, then it's fine.

The problem is that I've already dealt with situations when things start looking up and then that gets taken away. My doomer side either believes:
2012 where things looked 50-50 and I just was an idiot for being too optimistic
2020 where things looked grim, then they didn't, then they got stolen right in front of my eyes.

Why is every White Dude for Harris an effeminate twink, a genderblob, or Jack-Murphy-bearded (aka a cuck)? Do they not have a single normal guy among their ranks willing to appear on camera?
Yeah, I was wondering about that. I'm sure that there are plenty of white men who favor left-liberal causes, but stuff like "I'm voting Harris so my daughter can get an abortion" comes off as distasteful and pathetic.

So, what does this actually mean?

Plus, it has Sean Bean in it, who fucking rules in everything he's in.
Bean was once offered for the Bond role himself. I always thought he's make a good Bond.

Trevelyan was such a good villain because he used to be Bond's closest friend and comrade. He knows him.
What's the matter, James? No glib remark? No pithy comeback?
Did you ever ask why? Why we toppled all those dictators, undermined all those regimes only to come home; "well done, good job, but sorry, old boy, everything you risked your life and limb for has changed."
And one of my favorite lines in cinema:
It's insulting to think I haven't anticipated your every move.
