It's the wrong type of Latino. What shitlib Yankees and Californiggers don't understand is that there are more types of Latinos than just Mexicans, Dominicans, and Puerto Ricans. South Florida is heavily Latino in every other major category. Cubans, Venezuelans, Colombians, Argentines, etc. It was almost mindblowing to me when I first met people from California in college and had to explain to them that the Latinos in Florida aren't really Mexican, and that all the different types of Latinos have prejudices against and differences from each other.

To a redditor, Trump saying there's bad immigration from Central America is poison to all Latinos because all Latinos are obviously dirty Central Americans of Aztec and Mayan stock. But then you go to an Argentine cafe in Miami-Dade and realize they treat Guatemalans, Mexicans, Hondurans, etc. far worse than the worst caricature of Donald Trump would.
