He made a stroganoff. Why would he make it worse by adding cheese?
That's what he was going for? Did he really spend nearly 1.5 hours on that?
Horrible. I tried watching the video in full but it was just so boring. He should have shown the kitchen bench instead of his skeletal figure.

Why the fuck would you get Wagyu and then ADD BUTTER??? The funny little proprietary Nipponese cows are specifically bred for maximum intramuscular fat. Enjoy your indigestion, stalker.

Mushrooms sweat A LOT. They release all their water contents when cooked. Generally, you must cook them on the side if you intend to use them in pasta, fried rice and so on.
You're telling me he just threw them into one pan out of laziness? That plate is just fat slop and mushroom liquid...

You missed the part when he said he was using Wagyu beef in the video too.
That's right he used wagyu for stroganoff
I did realise that though, it was in my deleted communities post and the block of my autism up there (if you wagyu just season with salt and pepper).
(So apparently skelly is now an attention seeker that deliberately wants to antagonise the site. He's been downgraded to the same level as Ethan Ralph and Lucas Roberts. How shameful. My bad Null.)

My recipe is completely different to his since I had the stream muted while skimming. He was making stroganoff and mine was a carbonara spin. Obviously one of them is more cultured. :really:
1 hour and 20 minutes on a slop dish, uses $150+ cuts of protein with what looks like cheap pappardelle and blocks of butter, ridiculous. I'm all for making ordinary food fancy (like fried rice, burgers, fish and chips) but he's doing it completely wrong.

Maybe someone can make a supercut of his recipe and send it to those chef reaction channels. I can see Uncle Roger falling off his chair or Vincenzo having a stroke over that abomination spawn from Satan's anus.

Yes, and yes. He used both ground wagyu (which he didn't brown properly) and the wagyu steaks.

We all have our different recipes for classic dishes but Nick is just a bad cook who doesn't understand techniques, ingredients, or how flavours and textures work together. A basic mac and cheese would have been better than what he cooked and would have appealed to the kids more (April said they ate hers).

What Nick has recently articulated are not really principles. He himself used the word "courtesy" recently to describe them. He also described it as loaning his rights to others.
Nick's proven himself to be nothing more than a Virtue Signaller, he retreats from his stated opinions, principles and long held beliefs every time his position gets heavily challenged and/or becomes inconvenient. But he still wants all the accolades he can grasp onto from his Rightoid fanbase. Peak Lolbert behaviour.

I think one of my favorite thing about lolcow threads is every time lolcows do lolcooking we get some usable recipes out of it.
Everybody knows that Kiwi Farms is a culinary forum disguised as a bullying forum. I still remember @The Un-Clit's spam sushi from Pamela Swain's thread. I actually made it and it was surprisingly good.

Spam musubis are unreal, I give thanks to the Hawaiian Gods for that recipe.

He showed his bench briefly and I just couldn't see where he'd sweat them. There wasn't a spare pan to sweat those quarter cut massive chunks of supermarket mushrooms.

This is going to make me sound insane but I think spam works very well with Asian rice and noodle dishes. I've made riceballs topped with lightly sizzled spam. Would I call it anything but some abomination I crocked up? Not really. I think it's good and it takes 15 minutes. I do that when I'm feeling like a lazy slob.

It amuses me to imagine he actually got the tattoo from someone who spoke the language and tattoo guy deliberately made it as embarrassing as he possibly could.
To clarify, that's not what the word means (slave at heart), it's just composed of slave and heart, so it's totally possible to interpret it that way.
For a more ridiculous example, look at 窳. This word means something else but it's composed of 穴 which means slit/hole (euphemism for vagina) and 瓜 means melon. In Chinese, cucumber is called 黃瓜 (yellow melon).
So people use this word to literally mean someone that shoves cucumbers into their vaginas.
Another is 挊 which is composed of 手 (hand) and 上,下 (up down), hand up and down = masturbation. The original word has nothing to do with that.

女=woman
女女 or 奻 means argument
The three is 姦 which means rape or scheming, it's an unordinary version of 奸. It's saying that when three women come together, they are scheming something devious (#metoo vibes?). I'm not sure why it says adultery, I guess someone was watching too much Japanese porn.
通姦 means fornication/adultery, but this term just isn't used much anymore, and it implicates the need to hide it which implies immorality also. It's more about scheming than the character having anything to do with adultery.
The ordinary character 奸 is composed of woman and 干 which is colloquial for "rape".

Next you all have to try my Bohunk Dinner, it WILL make you fat but you will never regret it.

* Holy crap, my foodpost is number 7000! I have to insert the actual recipe here now! *

ALL-RIGHTY: Bohunk Dinnertiem. It's not particularly Hungarian as opposed to any other central European cuisine, but I like the name so that's what it's become.

First: in 2l of lightly salted water, boil about 18-to 24 perogies, fillings of your choice as directed. Drain water and butter-fry to a light crispyness in large skillet, seasoned with black pepper and garlic/onion salt. Remove and set aside in a bowl.

In that same skillet and leftover butter/spices fry 1 sliced whole kielbassa until lightly charred on both sides. Remove slices to the bowl with the perogies.

In that same skillet, add more fresh butter and pan-fry 1 diced large white or yellow onion for 6-8 mins until just before caramelizing, and then add in 1 whole small/med or 1/2-2/3 large head of cored cabbage, chopped fairly coarsely unless you like it thin. Season with garlic salt, onion powder and black pepper, heavily of all the above. Add more butter as needed while frying, It rarely needs more salt but add if you think it wants it.

Fry for about 1/2 an hour until reduced by half or so, return perogies and sausage to the skillet to re-warm and combine. Take off heat, serve in bowls or on plates with large mounds of sour cream on top.

Best enjoyed with a crisp lager-style beer. Enjoy! It's damn hard not to.
