Nah, it's way too late for them to rig it; multiple news stations and sites have called it for Trump, and several more countries have even congratulated him for winning (and not some Diarrheastan, either, EU nations). There's way too much going on now that if they try to cheat, everyone's eyes will be on them - they can't get away with the perfect crime twice.

Any last minute rigging that occurs will only be in service of reducing Trump’s popular vote lead (maybe also strategically shave off some EVs). I don’t think they’ll succeed on any meaningful level, but holding off on calling the election for this long is getting damned suspicious.
