probably not, gomez would only know how to act based on what Sam says and Sam actively ruins the show when he comes on, so Luis will just go full nigga and ruin the show like a worse version of frank or fatty because thats what Sam would tell him to do.
Luis can do well in this environment, but he needs to be properly prepped, people don't realize he was a PA on impractical jokers and did similar shit early in his career, if you ever heard war of the roses, that's luis doing the male voice. He was the lead in every play done at his high school for a reason, he's quite a great actor and improv guy, you just need to set it up properly. Which is something that won't be happening if Sam is in charge.

much like Gomez, those two have no reason to be around RI and its really fucking expensive to go there just to hang around a house for a day. Stein's nutty which is why he'd do it. Gomez especially won't do fishtank because he actually has a fucking family and a job and can't just go on vacation to RI for a "good time"
The dynamic in the house is stale at this point i think they need freeloaders ASAP. My idea in fishchat and with the election should be to tell the fish kamala won, and to somehow work in "illegals", aka freeloaders into the house, say kamala has officially opened the border or something and the production wants to work that into the show somehow, thus introducing freeloaders.

Stein was in DC to cover Kamala, her party was around howard and he was going to the capital, its a bit of a hike, but if he can get a ride its like 5 minutes. DC after 7 is absurdly empty, a ghost town on a weekday, and all the lights are on sensors so you can drive from one end of DC to the other in like 15 minutes at most. in general DC/VA/MD is a shitty place to live, the laws are strangely harsh besides MD, and because the "anchor" is a ghost town after 7 night life sort of blows, its a gigantic one horse town. beyond that the COL means only welfare people and faggots can afford to live in the "nice" parts.
He could have caught the train up to RI but thats insane, especially when you have 5 weeks to also make an appearance.
