So Nina and Greta aren't even actually married, "ratified" my ass. So they had a pretend wedding in San Fran and thought they could pass that off somehow as valid. What a bunch of complete morons. So the marriage is either bigamous or fake, and it doesn't matter which, both mean it isn't legally valid.

I wonder if Nina actually though the marriage was legal? Ironic if Greta scammed her ass too.

I thought Greta might be telling the truth about the divorce papers. It is required to submit proof of previous marriages being legally dissolved to NCIS if you are submitting an I-190, but Greta's horse shit about records being lost is laughable. In CA, if you got married before 2001 or so, you might not be able to quickly print them off online but you can get them it just takes a bit of effort. All that's needed is a written request to the county you were married in - using snail mail and a small copying fee.

Guess Nina wasn't worth the trouble of paperwork or getting divorced.

And Greta, of *course* Nina's passport has her gender as male. It's incredibly unlikely she's even had it reissued in her current name, so it probably also shows a different name to any other ID she may have been carrying. Nothing suspicious about that, no sir.

But ultimately it's irrelevant. She's being deported because she never bothered to gain legal status after leaving Google. Not because she's brown. Not because her passport shows a different name/gender.

Whether Stephanie Weil is a Kiwi Farms troll is irrelevant. You cannot make Nina's situation better by lying about why she is being detained. You'll only make fools of your friends and supporters by doing that.
