It's actually quite easy to obtain a temp visa if your marriage is valid as I know several people who've done so. It allows you to live and work legally while you wait for your interview and paperwork to clear. No mention of Greta failing to file for divorce with his dead ex or trying to clear that up. Immigration law is a very complex subject and not something you just blindly jump into. If Greta had half a brain she would be talking only to her lawyer and reading everything she could on immigration law and asylum claims. Instead she thinks throwing a shit fit and trying to run a PR campaign is the way to go - wrong wrong wrong.
