Greta Gustava Martela / Kjel Anderson & Nina Chaubal / Niraj Chaubal - Stole $350k+ from Trans Lifeline, kill count of 2+ from negligence, Founders of Sisterwood/La Zorra.

That's pretty funny because they'd have to trek across the country to attend court.

Oh, they will be going to court for YEARS if this asylum claim manages to go anywhere at all. Nina wants to get as far away from Leroy Immigration court as humanly possible.

Here is a link to the percentage of asylum claims denied/approved by judges in Elroy. Elroy is one of the worst courts in the country for asylum claims. The approval rate for asylum claims in Elroy average between 2% and 7% of all claims between four judges. It breaks down the stats between the judges in Elroy and it's bleak. If she gets Judge Devitto, she's fucked, he approves only 2% of asylum claims in his court.

Which records, precisely is it that Greta can't find? Proof of divorce? Proof of marriage?

Edit: accidentally quoted someone for this post, didn't mean to.

Around mid-year she posted on her timeline asking whether anyone who knew her back in the day could remember where or when she and Marian married because she needed to track down the divorce records for Nina's green card application.

At the time, I thought it was strange she hadn't needed that info for her marriage to Nina, but when I did a search it turned out that not all counties in California require you to produce divorce documents in order to get a marriage licence. They may have either married in a county which didn't, or even simply not mentioned that marriage on their application. The marriage to Nina was under a different name than the marriage to Marian and was decades ago, so neglecting to mention it wouldn't have been high risk.

And no Fire, fuck illegal immigrants living off a scam and expecting people to have input into transgender laws when they won't even follow immigration laws.

Nina had a path to residency. She's not some poor Venezuelan who left the country illegally and entered the US illegally to avoid starving to death.

Do we know what name it was under?

These people really crack me up.
Without getting into illegal immigration issues another reason for immigration enforcement is because 2 large buildings are no longer in lower Manhattan.

Nina came here under one name, changed his name, overstayed his visa, did nothing to correct it and all the while traveling all over the US.

That is a huge red flag.

Not that I expect a melted trash bag to grasp any of this.

Shrek probably wants to know how many rupees El Niño will be able send her each month.

All he has to do is go into a house repeatedly and break all of the pottery. Do that about 500 times and he should have enough.

I wonder how many dicks Nina has taken up the ass in this notorious shithole at Eloy.

Probably none. Not even hardened convicts want that shit.

"A whiteness checkpoint"

Oh god.

It's echoing what a couple of other people in this thread have said, but I've been through that checkpoint numerous times. Half the time they wave you through without even stopping you. Even if they do stop you, at most they ask if everyone's a US citizen and if you have any fruit. And while I'm sure the Border Patrol is supposed to be looking for all illegal immigrants, I doubt their focus is on people from India that overstayed their welcome. They're a LOT more worried about the border immediately to the south.

My point is, while Greta saying that Nina was from India was probably enough to make them take notice, I'm willing to bet there's a LOT we're not being told about this story. I'm willing to bet that someone got uppity because they thought the rules didn't apply to them.

They had to establish their snowflake status with strangers. Surely knowing the he is an oppressed minority will make this process much quicker.

I'm almost positive the tranny duo got indignant and pulled the classic Brianna Wu esque "do you know who I am?" Shit with the border patrol and that's why they got singled out. Anyone who's ever been to the American south knows there's nothing they hate more than smug fucks from the north who act like they're dumb rednecks.
