I have not found a single person in the Dabbleverse who I can consider a better person than Aaron. Maybe Zumock. And that's only because he's basically said that while he doesn't like Aaron, he considers Melton and Rekieta worse. That's the most reasonable position I've heard from that crowd yet.

When Aaron held playback of @Third World Aristocrat's Melton Video hostage to meet some dono goal, I wanted to shit on him, but held back because it felt like siding with the Dabbleverse.

BTW, Melton's thread took off a lot faster than this one. This one has a higher page count, but it was created much earlier and is moving way slower. I think that tells you everything you need to know.

I still don't think that should be a felony but I have little problem with it at least being criminally punishable, because there's absolutely no innocent, legitimate purpose for doing something like that. It is harassing both the father and his daughter (or hey his son if they swang that way).

What Aaron did, as dumb as it was, was more "I got me some of this" bro boasting than harassment, and honestly I don't think people who routinely randomly send pictures of their junk around on the Internet deserve ANY special protection. Their conduct SHOULD be met with social disapproval and humiliation anyway. It shouldn't be a crime to deliver them what they asked for and deserve.

It's not the first time the allegation has been made (we know that April alleged it to Ashley, as well as to Geno and Keanu - Geno openly said on stream a while back that he no longer believed her) and it won't be the last. Whether they will keep it at the level of oft-repeated gossip or try to file charges is the bigger question. It would be stupid to open up yet another legal battle but these people haven't exactly displayed good judgement so far.

Regardless of what excuses they make for Nick, Bob and Celeste have to know that him behaving like this so close to the CPS review is not a good look, and they have to be aware that a-logs will make damned sure it comes to the attention of CPS.

They're gonna drop the felony, keep the misdemeanor, and Nick will get an extremely pyrrhic victory where Aaron gets a slap on the wrist in exchange for Nick having to admit his wife cucked him by sending Aaron those nudes.

If they try for the felony, it's an injustice.
If Aaron ends up with a harsher penalty than Nick, it's an even greater injustice.
