For what? Spend many tens of thousands of dollars (at a minimum) for a suit highly unlikely to have a positive result? Civil suits have a lower evidentiary standard, but in cases like these, there's typically virtually nothing that will conclusively establish either criminal guilt or civil liability - even if it happened.

For what? Emergency rooms are typically for injuries. Yes, you may go to request a rape kit, which potentially could show the presence of semen. What does that get you? I'll tell you what: "evidence" you had sex. If it didn't produce obvious evidence of brutality or injury (and even that only evidences so much), then what do you have? According to about 50000 comments just on this site, nevermind social media in general, that just shows she probably liked it rough.

I cannot speak for this woman, nor speculate on whether she has xy or z documentary evidence, but generally speaking: meeting moving goalposts of what is sufficient "evidence" for the court of popular opinion does not change what did or did not happen.
