I don't think the charge requires victims like that. The cocaine and children present in the house is the crime. Four children were present when the cocaine was found. The state is the victim. His cocaine is what caused the endangerment. Nick's just wrong again. They'll probably drop it in the plea if that is what causes him to take it. The children were the impetus for the investigation so that charge is automatic. The state could up it to a 5 year felony if they wanted to use the daughters drug test.
