when you close the textbook, we began to see patients that appeared to be nearly

supposedly critical differential diagnosis.
Slowly, there appeared instances in which the seemingly very pat
histories revealed inconsistencies, downright fabrications and blatant
distortions which could only lead to one of two conclusions, Initially, it was
felt that some patients were being characteristically manipulative, or worse,
sociopathic, and therefore were less than ideal candidates. The second and
correct conclusion emerged after additional experience, when I sensed that the
element of conscious fabrication or manipulation seemed quite secondary to
the phenomenon of retrospectively “amending” one’s subjective history. Here,
the patient quite subtly alters, shades, rationalizes, denies, represses, forgets,
etc., in a compelling rush to embrace the diagnosis of transsexualism.

I disagree, it should be flat out illegal for doctors to perform any such thing on anyone, even adults.

If you squint, some of the MtF ones can kinda pass for real vaginas, meanwhile the phalloplasty results are a pure frankenstein horror show, I have no idea how they were proud enough of these results to post them on the website.

The placement of things is always just a little bit wrong. Perhaps if I had never seen an actual vagina, like most of these pathetic men, I'd think they were convincing.
But these businesses aren't frequented by actual women, so the results don't need to look convincing to actual women.

Oh we don't disagree at all on that.
I have two positions on the issue, the one I stated, that I think is the best we could hope for, and what I'd like to see ideally.
Ideally, I'd make the whole fucking thing illegal, shit I'd like to see retroactive laws that prosecuted and jailed all doctors, surgeons, counsellors and parents and anyone who did those butcheries or encouraged them, even to adults.
I just don't know how realistic it is.
Believe me I'm right with you on that.
If it was down to me I would assemble something like the Nuremberg Tribunals and charge everyone involved in the Gender Cult with Crimes Against Humanity and fucking hang them.
I just don't think that's gonna happen.

The only person who could mistake an amhole for a real woman's vagina is someone who had literally never seen a real vagina.
The amhole itself is always below the labia, which is the biggest giveaway, the hacked down remnants of the helmet that passes for the "clit" always looks weird and unnatural, even in the best cases.
The urethra, is often so large and gaping, and often positioned between the ballsack labia where you would expect the actual vagina to be, so that there's many cases of Troons complaining people tried to finger their urethra instead, and perhaps most telling to anyone who has seen a real women IRL, they are never in the right place.
The difference between male and female anatomy means the amhole is always too high up.
Even the absolute best cases that aren't necrotic horrors, at best might make you look twice if you only see it from the front and the Troon has his legs closed together, but then an intact Troon like Blaire White that just tucks their junk could give you the same effect, think Buffalo Bills creepy tuck back dance, but at any other angle, they could only ever be mistaken for a natal female by a male virgin who had never seen a naked female IRL.

I think its the problem of a democratic system when you don't have the support to outright get what you want, you have to make compromises to get what you need. So where the other side might not be ready, (through being exposed to too much indocrination from the ideological opponents, personal beliefs in individual rights or whatever) to outright ban even something that is clearly an atrocity, for "consenting adults" (not considering that to even "consent" to genital mutilation and gender nonsense you'd have to be so delusional that it's extremely arguable you aren't capable of consenting) its easier to get them to accept the moral position that protecting children is something that is both good and necessary.
So you start with the position protecting kids. Gets your foot in the door. Makes them start to consider that maybe, just maybe, this stuff isn't what the Gendershit Cult has made it out to be. Makes them willing to look at the real results of these surgeries, where before they would be closed off to any debate, discount any criticism as bigotry.
Then you can start to get them to think for themselves.
If we are stopping innocent kids from being harmed this way, why are we still letting adults, who are clearly delusional and not in their right minds "consent".
The procedures are innefective, brutal, and dangerous. Is this something we should allow at all?
Is it ethical to allow Big Pharma to profit off the mentally ill, when the results of taking a different path for minors, teaching them to accept themselves for who they are shows that X.
To fight years of indoctrination and a twisted but ingrained belief system, its not always the best strategy to try to bull your way through. Now if you have the support, force it through anyway. Its the right thing to do.
But some people need help to see what they think is fucked up and they only think that way because vested interests worked very hard to make them. You can't drag people out of the cave, they'll fight you. You have to show them the light gradually.
Its not perfect but its often all we have.

I agree with all this. It should be illegal totally. BUT, we have to get there. And when you look at how we got here you can see that’s what troons did. The ‘trans kids’ stuff is a wedge strategy and operates on multiple levels
- think of the children , people are more sympathetic to suffering children than they are to brickhons. So of you can pitch the ‘protecting trans youth’ stuff the gullible will fall for it. You then go from there to adults. And yes, there’s another nasty agenda in all this to remove ages of consent and boundaries around kids but it’s all been done through shoving a wedge in and then hitting that wedge.
So, that’s how we do it. If trump can just flat out ban some stuff that’s great, and I think men in womens sports will be doable like that. ‘Just ban it.’ But the medicalisation side is going to take a lot more to roll back, and we start where we can and grasp every victory we can along the way.

Yeah, this thread isn't really the place to discuss it so I'll leave at that here, but the biggest mistake Conservatives have made since the 60's is ceding the educational system to Cultural Marxists, Leftist ideologues and the rest.
They've had a long time to poison the foundations of the education system with a one sided belief system that is fundamentally opposed to even discussing contrary views, they can't allow debate, because when challenged their whole beliefs system falls apart. So they just shout down and silence the opposition.
And the result is what we see today, kids that have been indoctrinated into an echo chamber that try to silence the opposition using any means upto and including violence.
Its going to take a concerted effort and time to reset that and cut out the infection.

Anyway, one other thing that you anti-GAE guerrillas can possibly do, and slot in between banning child troonism and banning adult troonism, is to make "gender identity" in the workplace recognized as the sexual harassment that it is. And once that is in place, with an eye toward completely banning and reversing legal sex changes, adult mutilations become adult mutilations, and then you can ban all mutilations (denying them on account of the would-be victim's body dysmorphia), not only genital ones.

Thai surgeons are known to have a habit of getting the named, famous surgeon to do all the pre-check in interviews, and be there when then Troon is getting put under, only to hand over the scalpel to their trainees once the mark is anaesthetized.
They're probably more likely to pull that shit on foreigners who aren't going to stick around in country and will be returning home, than they are to locals, who live in country and are more of a risk if they get botched for kicking up a fuss and damaging their reputation among the Ladyboy crowd, who are probably their main income stream.
Likewise, locals who might pay attention are more likely to be sympathetic to a local who got butchered than a creepy AGP gigahon who flew in from halfway across the planet to get their dicks inverted and then returned home.
