It could be a troll, but it could also be a genuine 5D chess move. It depends on who these "vendors and others" are. They weren't first in line to the campaign funding trough before the slop ran out, so they're not well connected, but they also have enough leverage to demand payment, so they're not unimportant. They also probably aren't ideologues, because those have been happy to work for free.

For the low, low, price of a few million dollars, Trump could swoop in replace the democrats as their patron and steal some ground game people over to his cause.

I think a lot of who and what runs will depend which faction of the DNC comes out on top. If the Proggies win then you could very well see a far lefty like AoC come into the limelight to gear up for a PotUS run.

I don't think it will be AoC herself as she lacks the brains, charisma or the backing even within the Proggy wing to even stay in the House let alone mount a PotUS run. It'd be my bet she's out in 2026 because she's been useless to the Proggies by kowtowing to Pelosi uber fast when threatened and while she's loud on Twatter she hasn't really done much of note besides doing those fake photo shoots that everyone mocked her for. Remember memes never die. And if you didn't know her last "rally" with Bernie was a total blowout. Less then 20 people turned out to listen to AoC and Bernie try to drum up support for Harris but the local MSM was quick to sweep it under the rug so her local support is pretty much nil now too. Like so many new Rep's she's mistaking noise on Twatter for actual support. If you don't get actual shit done for your constituents you will be replace and AoC has achieved exactly zero, hell she chased away jobs and bragged about it.

If the Mo-Dems win then someone like Whitmer might be possible. Maybe that faggot Pritzer too. I don't think it will be Newsome, I think the Mo-Dems will steer clear of anyone that might have the taint of crazy lefty Californian politics thanks to Harris's loss. Newsome's reputation probably won't recover from the stupid shit he's passed and all his reforms getting rolled back in 2024 election. Plus Nancy will probably be dead by then so the Californian DNC will collapses into infighting because Nancy's too much of a bitch to pass over her power until someone pries it from her cold decaying hands. She'll hold onto power right up until she croaks, crushing anyone who she thinks might be her replacement. Typical shit really. The old generation just cannot let go until the Reaper comes for them and thus leave chaos and infighting behind them.

The Dem bench is pretty light at the moment but when the civil war ends they will rebuild pretty quick now that the Clinton's and the Obama's no longer have the heart of the party in their fist. A new generation of Dems will rise, just like the MAGA movement took over the GoP a new ideology will come to replace the old. Chances are the next Dem candidate is out there in the ranks but we just don't know who yet. Remember who the fuck was Obama before he was selected by the Uni-party? Nobody that's who, just another no name Rep working the Chicago grift.

Trump pretty much took out the old guard with his win. He showed that neither slick Willy or Black Jebus could deliver anything so they will fade to the sidelines, to be trotted out at the DNC events like a show pony then sent back to the stables to wait for death.

Just one more feather in Trump's 2024 cap.

The more rational Dems are going to try and get rid of these freaks to become more electable, but every time they try to change course or take a different position, they're inevitably going to run in on people like this. Trannies will demand you cater to them in every single way, in every election, with every candidate. They're going to be as big a pain in the ass as the Jesus freaks were to the Republicans throughout the 90s all the way to the early 2010s. Even worse because Republicans never allowed the crazies into high positions of government, but DEI mandates mean that people like this have infested your party, and will drag you down every time you try to swim up again.

I am reminded of Bill Maher back in 2009, when he said he wanted Democrats to be just as fanatical as the Teabaggers and Jesus freaks. How you like them apples now, Bill?

You are better off picking a quantum random number from 1 to a million than who will be the next democrat runner. They're in disarray now.

Think about it people. Who could've predicted ANY of them in the last 40 after a loss? Clinton and Obama even came out of nowhere. Biden and Harris were last places 2 years before.

Whitmer's just not going to happen or anyone else that anyone knows about next time. You know who I knew would be the RNC noms last many times? Trump. You know who most likely be 2028? Vance. Or Vivek, or a ton others.

The Democrats are fucked for a long, long time. None of these current idiots will be around, least of all AOC lol

Because it sure as hell won't be the right lessons the way this is going. I can already hear the podcasters and pundits saying "now, we don't want to have the wrong reaction here and regress from what the party stands for, or else we're no better..."

Depends on whether Trump will maintain the sanctions or not. The sooner Russia gets its SWIFT access back--after ceasing all offensive operations of course--the need for alternate payment processors drop significantly and the EU can get reasonably priced energy again. If Trump continues with freezing Russia out, then BRICS will still have a need to exist as an alternate payment processor because all those other nations are still aware that the US can fuck with their financial systems with impunity. Trump is great, but he is temporary and the rest of the world still has to function for more than 4 years at a time.
