The person getting their email account accessed did not have their life endangered, nor banking or used for identity theft if rackets wasn't impersonating Aaron for person gain. Just read the statutes. If Nick had accessed one time and essentially did nothing after gaining access, its a misdemeanor. Once you access muiltiple times its a felony. Once you start downloading info, transfering it, posting things to humiliate, felony.

If they can pin it on Nick, which with Melton's stream they can, Nick is facing a felony for the unauthorized access and posting the history. He is then going to get another felony for witness tampering and he is then going to be disbarred, as he has also accessed privileged info between Aaron and his lawyer.

Added to all that, he has likely made the revenge porn case untenable to be prosecuted, as it will all get to come in.

So, yeah, Nick had a productive day.
