Most of these look slightly different. The colors definitely don't match exactly, but I'm not sure if that can be chalked up to the images being crispy-ass JPGs. If you look at the "Tractate Soferim" and "Touched" images, you'll notice that the tool used has an effect akin to the mspaint spray can where it has stray pixels of red on the edges.

The Qrist profile screenshot's a perfect match to Aaron's history. I think it was done using W10 Snipping Tool due to the yellow highlighter. The red is an exact match to the one in Snipping Tool as well, and it has very limited color options to choose from. It also provides a near deep-fried JPG if you save your capture using it, just like Aaron's spank bank withdrawal records.
