When you put it in this timeline it does seem like Nick posted his own browsing history.
If it was Nick's own history there would be 10+ Pornhub tabs open in rapid succession.
This guy really has ruined what brain he had.
Recovery is certain but you have to take a break; this guy's been clean for longest for how long, three days in the last two years?

I am weary of all these immoral idiots. I just want the criminal case/s to come to a conclusion so Nick and April can ride off into the sunset and leave Minnesota to start a new life together. That will work out well, I'm sure.
Hopefully, Kayla's family can see that she gets the help she needs and can come together to take care of the children. There are no winners here, just a lot of collateral damage.

Knowing that Nick admitted to doing something that would be a crime, and he/April indicate they were working together (conspiracy, another crime), would that not be a violation of one of the terms of their bonds (remaining law abiding)? Especially if the police feel like doing something about it?

Wouldn't that mean there is a high possibility we're going to see Nick and April being put back into custody?

Mexican police can be bribed to get you out of a traffic citation. They aren't taking money if they are called in for a specific arrest. That's an entirely different issue. Especially for a foreign Gringo. He needs to go back you see.
Some Mexican cops are so corrupt they'd take a bribe to ignore that if it was large enough. Of course cops that corrupt are likely working for the Cartels and would then probably let someone know theres a dumb, rich Gringo with more money than sense and he'd end up kidnapped/shaken down.
Its all moot though, Ralph is fucking broke. He couldn't afford to pay Officer Salazar to look the other way on a speeding ticket.
"If it wasn't for their dad and I telling the truth about love and sex and the two of us- those kids would have been left to read…” — Sounds like Nick and April are groomers.
EPI (Early Porn Introduction) is a particular fetish for chomos and a recognized form of grooming. Nicks friendships with multiple avowed open pedophiles, his porn addiction, his Cuties apologist stance, his fixation on American Beauty, his complete personally admitted lack of all morals and principles, and now his Slampig bragging that Nick and her told his kids the details of their sleazy, sordid relationship... all this shit adds up to a picture that does not look good for Balldo.

To be clear - I still don't think he's a nonce, but the man is so stupid and his brain so rotted he isn't doing himself any favors, it's like he's going out of his way to make himself look like he belongs in a woodchipper.

Except cops don't usually watch their cases nearly as closely as the Farms do.

You didn't embed the images where Aaron accuses Nick of hacking his Google account

NOTE THAT MELTON HINTED THAT NICK HAD DMED HIM ABOUT SOME SUPER SECRET ACE IN THE HOLE HE HAD. Melton refused to elaborate and said he couldn't even hint as to what it was but explained that it was akin to Nick having cameras hidden throughout his home while Aaron was there. I now suspect Nick revealed to him that Aaron had logged into his Google account while at Nick's home and never logged out, allowing Nick access to his online activity
Jesus Christ, why does he keep going that hard on Aaron?
This is beyond petty revenge...

Did the coke really destroy his brain and turned him into a retard?
Is he doing this for sexual gratification, like "I stole your wife and now I'm going to humiliate you, cuck boi"?
Is he salty that Aaron fucked his wife Kayla? Is he just insecure?
Is he doing this to impress April to get more pussy, by shitting on her ex?
Or is his ego just that big? Does he think that he is some sort of rich aristocrat who is above the law, and now he is going to take his revenge at everybody who laughed at him and get away with it?

Sean hasn't chimed in yet but, if I were him, I would be pissed.

This is disgusting on multiple fronts.
Sean CANNOT chime in, if Atty-Client advice was the purpose. Its lawyer ethics no-no, between Aaron n Sean I mean.

I agree, such a breach by balldo-man will highly likely get him disbarred. And the Minnesota Attorney Disciplinary Board DOES NOT need cops involved to investigate balldo-man.

And the Attorney Review Board can Tap the DA for assist if its likely Balldo-man will refuse to cooperate or likely will destroy evidence. Because review board is NOT charging balldo-man with a crime but rather the honesty and whats the phrase, character and fitness, to hold an MN atty license.

I didn't say he should chime in on that particular subject. I appreciate the fact he's limited in what he can say. I just said if I were him I would be pissed.

I know it doesn't work this way, but I really wish any and all plea deals were off the table if evidence can be provided that they are not taking accountability for their actions. That would be messy, but if Nick does get offered a plea deal, it would piss me off because the guy is literally filming himself blaming everyone else but himself and not taking any responsibility. The gov shouldnt have made drugs illegal, the drug lab is corrupt, the pastor is a liar, the cops set him up, Aaron set him up, the judge set him up, his lawyer friends are in on it. It's insane that you would offer a person EVER a plea deal or any kind of leniency when they are so blatant about not accepting responsibility as to film themselves blaming everyone else. Not that he has necessarily been offered one even.

Well that's the interesting part. Sean could claim privilege on any emails, unless he already wrote in them that this isn't official legal advice, etc.

So he can take it whatever way he wants.

Nick thinks he is being smart. The retard seems to forget the cops watched his cokestream and got a search warrant off it. The cops also didn't close his case yet. Plus, Ralph? Think, Nick did this knowing the prosecutor already looked into the Ralph stuff and found it worth the time to seek a charge. Holy fuck.

Yet he feels untouchable that the cops and prosecutors can't connect all this Melton and posting screenshot stuff. You can be sure Aaron's lawyer is gonna spoon feed it to them.

Yes.

Also, he can't stand the feeling that - even if inadvertently - someone as dumb as Aaron is able to outsmart him.

And he's upset there is no longer someone to distract Kayla, when all Nick wants to do is April, but knows he doesn't want to get divorced, and now he has to juggle Kayla with April so neither legally rape him in someway.

Also also he's sad that Aaron dumped him and he's being a catty bitch.

Couldn’t find it posted elsewhere, but speaking of Ralph:

State of Minnesota vs Ethan Oliver Ralph

Shouldn't this be in the Ralph/Sektur (or whatever the fuck it's called) section of this site?

Nah, petty revenge is exactly what it is. In the mind of the narcissist, someone who has wronged them is subhuman and deserves nothing but the worst, and Aaron has wronged Nick by revealing info about the polycule to the world, including him leaving drugs around kids. Narcissists will scheme for years to ruin the life of someone they hate. Of course, most narcissists are much sneakier than Nick, because Nick is a retard who fried his brains on booze and drugs.

That hatred really ramped up intensely in recent months though.

It was thought that it was because Sean gave good takes on Nick's case that proved to be accurate. This causing issues for Nick's propaganda output. However, now we must consider the possibility he's seen private communication between Sean and Aaron and got massively pissed off from them.
Ooh, that's probably right. I'd been a little puzzled with that hockey stick (graph) of seethe, too.

Unbelievably retarded to commit felonies just because you can't stand that that guy rejected you.

Because that is the root of all here: Nick's bottomless neediness, whether for affirmation, to be "right" and show that everyone else is wrong, to be Head Girl, to be special, and to be better than you.

Aaron said no, I don't want you, your ideas are stupid, you can take my wife, I'm out, I may be your cuck but I won't hang around and be your beta. Nick can't stand it, and if he had any moral qualms (or legal sense) about accessing (and reviewing and saving and distributing!) something he knew he had no right to do, all of it got blown away by Nick's as absolute seethe and bloodlust to be "right" by threatening his nemesis with all of his personal information and making him aware that Nick has possibly seen everything.

And if emptyheaded April did it initially (she was promising "something big" that would be "cumming soon" (so dorky)) there is 0% chance way she did it without telling Nick every step of the way, with plenty of coaching or direction, I'm sure. But he might be the type who'd manage it so he's "technically" not the one accessing. Let April or Kayla (or a "computer technician" hired to "fix the computer") have their hands on the keyboard, Nick might just protect himself (100% he would, if he thought of it).

I could also see some bullshit like "not realizing he was in aaron's Google and only finding stuff much later, "or that April was using it and had a right to bc at one point she and her husband both used whatever was logged in so it was effectively hers, too. Not saying those are "reasons" (moral or legal) but I'm prepared for some attempt (if not the "I wish I could tell you. Someday I'll tell you. But I can't right now." bs he's been hiding behind whenever he feels like shutting his otherwise yammering yap.
