Suddenly, in light of recent events, I am curious.

Is it possible that Sean and Aaron had a private discussion concerning Ralph re-broadcasting Aaron's hearing, and that Nick intercepted that conversation and then forwarding it to Ralph to cause trouble?

Because I notice, in the warrant affidavit, the investigating officer does not state how he was tipped off how the unauthorized re-broadcast happened. Ralph has plenty of enemies, completely divorced from this situation, that could have ratted him out.

Note that I am not suggesting Sean or Aaron did anything wrong here. Quite the opposite.

Your motives for reporting a crime aren't required to be pure. Many, many tip-offs to police come from people pissed off with the person they're reporting. Nick and co "conspired" to get Aaron charged for revenge porn.

We saw how bar associations respond to mass reports by unaffected parties during Weeb Wars, when everyone and their dog was reporting Nick to the Minnesota bar. I don't know why Ralph thinks that publicly planning something similar will work out any better.

Even if Aaron did have a conversation along the lines of "is there anything I can do about this" with Sean, it's legal information, not legal advice, to let Aaron know Ralph's actions were contempt of court - many people here pointed that out when it happened.

BTW, the only reason why I know for certain he's referring to Sean in that tweet is because Ralph used similar language, after referring to tagging Lawtubesean on Twitter...

...right before his chair collapsed under his own fat ass.

I am in no way assuming Sean must be the fat fuck in Lawtube. That's Ralph's descriptor.

It think Aaron worded it badly. I don't think he's saying that Nick sent those emails from Aaron's account. I think he's saying that Nick sent emails which were taken from Aaron's account to others. Nick could have taken screenshots of the emails and then sent them. He could have downloaded them and sent them as attachments.
