Sam in
AK's chat last night swinging around her giant imaginary dick, again
To be fair to Samantha, she is right. If a crime is committed, familial relations do not matter in reporting that crime (though familial relations are, unfortunately, frequently a hindrance).
Having said that, thus far, there is no evidence that Ron’s charge relates directly to Jessie or the DCS report about Jessie, which was uploaded to Facebook by the victim’s father.
Nor is there any evidence (yet?) the victim’s father has been charged in relation to uploading the report to Facebook. If anything, it seems he violated the protection orders against him, THEN uploaded the report.
Which is not to say his violating the protection order has nothing to do with the DCS report. I could imagine him being upset enough about it to confront Gina, even if he shouldn’t. It’s also interesting to me that he posted the report on JESSIE’S Facebook, not Gina’s. If this was about directly confronting Gina, it’s an interesting strategy.
I say this, bc the report would be publicly available on Facebook for 6 weeks or so following the alleged protection order violation. It seems strange to me Harris County (i.e., where the crime occurred) would permit the “statutorily confidential” report to remain publicly available. If sharing it or permitting it to BE shared are illegal, Harris County dropped the ball.
And if Ron is being charged in relation to sharing the report publicly, that would be a matter for Harris County — NOT Clark County (i.e., where Yaba and Sam live). It feels like Sam is playing the shell game.
As for Sam’s actions not negating whether a crime occurred, she is correct. The notion, however, her behavior won’t be a factor? Maybe. It all depends on what GG, Belinda, Clara, and certain Farmers are charged with (if anything). How much money is Indiana willing to throw away on this? For how many years?
I mean, Indiana apparently wasn’t willing to pursue calls involving threats to murder children.
And what if people out of state (or globally) refuse to cooperate? Extradition? Or simply those parties understand if they step foot in the relevant county, they may be arrested? Funnily enough, this is EXACTLY what happened to Samantha after she was charged in Indiana with a felony and left the state. She returned, was busted (likely when DCS showed up and permanently removed one of her children), and faced justice.
I could live with never visiting Clark County.
I hear a touch of cope in Sam’s chatter — and if she is so confident in her position, why is she in exile from YouTube, at a time in which I would imagine her audience would throw money at her? Why this business of tweet-delete-tweet? Who has discouraged her from streaming? Who told her to private potential evidence? Clark County? Wouldn’t that be, at the very least, a very bad idea?
In the worst case scenario, I envision a spiritual transformation for myself while in jell— and I emerge eggs_over_X.
