I've moved this to its own thread very late because it does not belong in the Rekieta thread.

A nationwide arrest warrant for a misdemeanor is basically unheard of. He really pissed off Minnesota. Being a Fugitive from Justice in the US will make his life abroad more difficult as he is going to lose access to American services over time.

Old news, new thread. I doubt Mexico will bother extraditing Ralph over misdemeanor contempt of court. Stranger things have happened, but Ralph has lolcow plot armor, so he should be fine. He will not be able to visit Xander until this is "cleared up" in his words.

This is actually remarkable. Like Null said I have never heard of an active arrest warrant across the country over a misdemeanor. I actually thought that wasn't legally possible considering the disproportionate gravity of most misdemeanors.
NEVER UNDERESTIMATE THE RALPHAMALE BISH

Extraditable warrants for misdemeanors are very rare but are not unheard of (if he is arrested, Minnesota has to arrange prisoner transport on their own dime--just a long drive for a Sheriff's Deputy if he was apprehended in Wisconsin or Ohio, but an expensive nightmare if he turned up in Florida or Alaska). It's probably because the courts really, really take those rules about not recording or broadcasting very seriously, just like people were sperging about for three hundred pages before Rekieta's Omnibussin. They want to send the message that even though it is easy to record a public Zoom court hearing, you are not allowed to any more than you would be if you were attending in person, and there will be consequences if you do it.

Rate me :optimistic: but I am looking forward to free speech warrior and American Hero Ethan Ralph becoming conservative media's new Chef Redpill when his arrest by the Mexican federales causes a diplomatic incident.

Imagine if you will, a timeline where Ethan Ralph gets more jail time at the end of the Balldoverse Collapse than the Balldo does.
I doubt it. Balldo has apparently being secretly recording Aaron jerking off to cuck porn and has shared Aaron's bank info with other balldo cult members. It's pretty likely balldo will be going to jail later this week.

There is zero chance any state is going to extradite Ralph for a misdemeanor. Hell, they probably wouldn't extradite him across more than a couple county lines. This is a nothing burger.
Also, peepeepoopoo rape dungeon bubba dropped soap BBC
The warrant is already in the database. They will hold him.

States have to pay to transport so that's the only consideration. If they're going to send sheriffs out to get him, California border patrol will hold him for them.

You would be right if this was not an active national warrant. States almost never post misdemeanors warrants in neighboring states, nevermind the entire country.

Null answered the age-old question "does this need its own thread?" And his answer was yes.

This did need its own thread, even though he'll probably only get arrested if he tries to fly or if Trump changes the federal border crossing laws, but that's still two months out.

If he attempts to cross any legitimate port of entry into the United States, they will scan his passport, see that warrant, and arrest him. Then, Minnesota sends sheriffs to collect him.
