They could defintively correlate nearly every http transaction with a Google and ISP subpoena. Ignoring host-based forensics, assuming Nick reformats the hard drive a dozen times, they'll be able to pinpoint everything except the specific person doing it. They could make solid assumptions, as in "this person accessed Nick's bank account, logged into Nick's Xitter, then opened up Aaron's emails", but they couldn't be 100% sure without host-based forensics.

Nick's best shot is to blame Kayla or one of the kid's and beg them to take the fall. Or blame Iranian super hackers for hacking into his computer, which is easily proven wrong.

Edit: I just checked my Incognito mode and I had adblocker enables too, despite moving entirely to UBlockOrigin. I didn't bother to change anything since Google's war on adblockers because I rarely use that mode anyway. I would imagine a few would be surprised to see it as well.
