No. He got kicked out of his last place. They tried to charge him a clean up fee but Tom is dirt poor so they couldn't get anything from him. He lost a ton of inventory (mostly side projects of things he was pretending he could sell) but kept some of it in a storage facility that he is currently renting.

So current expenses are
-All the people who pretend to be Tom's friends
-The apartment complex that doesn't have a shower or bath he can properly use
-A storage facility for his rocks and machines to create things that won't sell

it was awhile ago, but there were several posts where tom ranted about the doctors that he felt were responsible for "misgendering" him at birth and "mutilating" him as a child. several of these names came up. they're physicians and administrators of the medical facilities where he was a pediatric patient, most of them well-respected, with well-documented and accomplished careers, if i remember correctly.

However, Tom doesn't have this totally legit company registered. So someone can decide to just register an anonymous LLC in Delaware, Nevada, New Mexico, or Wyoming and use that LLC to open up an LLC in Arizona under the name of his totally legit business. It would be really unfortunate for Tom if he got a legal letter instructing him to stop using the name of a different business
