No, the rap is going to beat him into a whole new shape.you can beat the rap
Gypsies are at least far more predictable. We have gone from discussing Nick's cybercrimes to "holy shit this nigger really thinks it's a good idea to fuck around with demons"Nick is as trustworthy as a gypsy.
The fact that he thinks his kids look at him and feel happy to be with him is so fucking insane to me. He’s been scaring the shit out of those children for a long time and isn’t done fucking up their lives yet — as his shamelessly degenerate tweets prove every day.
*Chris Benoit Entrance theme plays on*I have zero doubt now this twisted freak absolutely hates April as much as his wife.
I never realized Ethan Ralph being banned from Trump's America was one of those Day One changes he was promising, but it looks like we got it 2 months early.Ethan is streaming at this time. Earlier in the stream he talks about being stuck in Mexico because of the nationwide extraditable warrant for his arrest, and Aaron eating Nick's creampies left in their skank whores.
In case anyone wondered: This is false and Nick is full of shit.Nick's view of Jacob seemed to be that Jacob was an evil guy who had done alot of wrong things but was able to use "magic" to defeat god.
MN has a pretty clear Cyberbullying and Cyberharassment law.No, that's wrong.
What Nick is now alleged to have done would be a violation of both MN state law and the CFAA. The Internet as a whole is subject to laws and regulation by the feds under the Interstate Commerce Clause.
One, the other, or even both, could charge him.
Incidentally, Cocaine possession is a violation of the Controlled Substances Act. So the feds could charge Nick there too.
In a lot of cases though, the feds will just defer prosecution to the states.

It's the same faggy semantic pilpul he's been engaging in with his existing charges.Gotta love Nick.
He thinks he is being smart. In Nick's mind as long as he doesn't say "here is Aaron Imhotle's search history I obtained illegally by gaining unauthorised access to his Google account" it means nobody can ever pin him on it. The little tard just doesn't get that both he and Melton have given more than enough already.
@AnOminous (and/or any other law kiwis) in the absolute longshot (read: no chance, this is just a 'what if') Melton's devices would be seized (I can't think of any reason why they would be considering there are probably other means to figure out what exactly was passed onto him that don't involve possessing them), aren't there laws regarding what law enforcement is allowed to do with what kind of material they find on those devices if it doesn't pertain to the reason for the seizure? I'm convinced Melton has hoards of CSAM, but they wouldn't actually be able to do anything with it if they take his computer and/or phone away for an unrelated reason, or do I have that wrong?MN has a pretty clear Cyberbullying and Cyberharassment law.
If Melton really did receive lots and lots of private info from Nick, then this could get real bad for both.
Nick is going to pull a Jim Lahey with Aaron.Harm is posting about blood magic and demonology.

I feel like mysterious forces are trying to convey some message here.
What are the exact rules for executing a warrant on a computer/phone? Would CSAM be considered "in plain sight" if it's in a folder named "NAKED NINE YEAR OLDS" on somebody's desktop?@AnOminous (and/or any other law kiwis) in the absolute longshot (read: no chance, this is just a 'what if') Melton's devices would be seized (I can't think of any reason why they would be considering there are probably other means to figure out what exactly was passed onto him that don't involve possessing them), aren't there laws regarding what law enforcement is allowed to do with what kind of material they find on those devices if it doesn't pertain to the reason for the seizure? "Do what thou wilt shall be the whole of the Law"...
No, fuck off. Stop this shit. You're all in on this now.
I refuse to believe they are THIS retarded to do it.
I REFUSE
I'm not sure, like I said I'm kind of exercising this 'what if' knowing it's basically a fantasy scenario Melton's devices are seized (I'm sure, if necessary, there are myriad other ways to figure out what Nick gave to him without needing to physically possess his computer). But in the event it did I'm not certain they'd be able to get him on something unrelated was what I was confused about. What are the exact rules for executing a warrant on a computer/phone? Would CSAM be considered "in plain sight" if it's in a folder named "NAKED NINE YEAR OLDS" on somebody's desktop?
