The feud started after Kate struck Melton's youtube channel for commenting on a fallout she had with Keanu. Melton harassed Kate's mother for awhile and went so far as to call for Kate to be beaten and raped. I have no proof that is in fact his sock, but based on the language used and the interactions the account has, it appears very likely.

Based on Melton talking about fucking kids and jacking off to CP many, many times, plus alluding to having private videos from Aaron's household (which would include his kids), he's almost certainly facing liability for possessing or even creating child sexual abuse material. Re: videos of Aaron's kids—it's the difference between having a picture of your own kid in the bath and setting up a secret camera to record someone else's kid in the bath. These types of creeps almost always will opt for a bench trial because they know a jury of normal folks are going to drop the hammer on someone so disgusting and perverted.

I hope Aaron not only refers these cases to the US Attorney's Office in Minnesota and where Melton lives, but also to the local prosecutors in both states, AND talks to a lawyer about potential civil causes of action. There are federal statutory and state statutory/tort causes of action that could be raised against Melton (and Rekieta). If Aaron does the math and thinks he can recoup more money through his show/donations/a verdict than he would in spending money on pursuing a lawsuit, then he should definitely sue. Hell, imagine Aaron sues with an eye towards settling with Melton so that Melton is barred from ever talking about Aaron publicly again—that (plus the attention and viewership from a lawsuit) might be worth more to Aaron than whatever money he can get trying to draw blood from a stone. He could even raise money from the Internet more broadly for an objectively good cause—punishing a pedophile connected to Nick Rekieta.

I pray that Aaron's family sues the fuck out of this pedophile and that the justice system takes this seriously. And I hope @Potentially Criminal considers making a video about the potential liability in this situation because it's not only interesting and topical, but it's also morally just to destroy pedophiles like Melton.
