Cuck Murphy strikes again

I've said this sarcastically but I'm seriously beginning to suspect this evil fuck really is possessed by actual demons.
Well it would make the most divine sense, seeing how terrible nick has mocked god.

"lol this is dumb and stupid,"
There was a thread about this shit ages ago and it made sense then.

If I remember correctly the sonichu medallion was send with a note, that was burnt, the burnt part broke the Solomon's seal on the paper.

Nick Read from the paper :story:
Imagine getting a cursed medallion, wearing it and citing the message.

Starting to think that thing about the Sonichu Demon being an egregore of the collective ill will of the Internet might have something to it.

If there is a lolcow demon it's currently harvesting on Nick!

@AnOminous (and/or any other law kiwis) in the absolute longshot (read: no chance, this is just a 'what if') Melton's devices would be seized (I can't think of any reason why they would be considering there are probably other means to figure out what exactly was passed onto him that don't involve possessing them), aren't there laws regarding what law enforcement is allowed to do with what kind of material they find on those devices if it doesn't pertain to the reason for the seizure? I'm convinced Melton has hoards of CSAM, but they wouldn't actually be able to do anything with it if they take his computer and/or phone away for an unrelated reason, or do I have that wrong?

My pipe dream is a happy accident between Nick and Melton that winds up with Melton behind bars.
It is a search and there is caselaw that plain sight doctrine applies to search, this could be interpreted that it applies to search of data as well, since data is protected under the 4th amendment like other property too.
So if they get a search warrant to examine his devices and look for the data he received from Nick and in the process of scanning his hard drives and cloud accounts they stumble over other illegal content, then all of that could be considered "in plain sight" and can be used.

(This is based on the usual Horton v. California case from 1990 that established the Plain Sight Doctrine as case law)

[EDIT] Clarification on the case law and grammar.

But, Nick Rekieta told me I could break several laws to prove that a known cuck watches cuck porn, wait a minute, I am Nick Rekieta!

I thought that was Gangsta's Paradise
Rest In Power Coolio

Nick thinks making April bleed is a flex when it just means he couldn’t get her wet enough.
Watch her twist that story in to one of abuse and rape when Nick actually dumps her.

Oh Crowley in particular was into stuff Nick would fucking love the whole collecting "post coital emissions" (blergh) and blood and stuff, I could see Balldo being a big fan of that shit.
And just like Nick, Crowley was an insatiable power bottom.

He's certainly got a fucking darkness around him, and his luck recently is remarkably similar to the way I've heard shit has gone down hill for a few people who got into that shit without having a clue what they were doing and lost their shit over it.

Will is everything in that stuff though. Nick's got holes in his brain. All he'll achieve by trying it is to further rot his body and his soul with debauchery.

I used to be into that stuff when I was in my early 20's, I was big on the whole "the more knowledge the better" thing so I'd read up on all kinds of stuff. I still have the more famous Grimoires (and a few more obscure ones) in real nice hardcover editions in my study, pretty much all the ones you can think of, plus a 1st Edition Simon Necronomicon because I'm a big Lovecraft fan. Got the Donald Tyson one too which is more Mythos accurate.
I don't fuck with that stuff though. Gives me the creeps. And I've known people who had nothing but bad luck after getting mixed up in that shit.
Talk about the power of manifesting.

You know he reads this thread. Bait him with sex magic and he’s going to be thinking of doing it now, I’d it hadn’t occurred to him before

If Melton gets subpoena'd he's fucked.

He's the exact kind of retard to deliberately initiate the curse too. I've probably said too much already, but Nick is completely fucked beyond belief.

It depends on how specific the search warrant is and whether they stay within its terms. If he has something dumb like a folder of child porn right on the desktop or if any normal search would uncover it, that's a no-brainer. They can obviously use that. If the search authorized by a facially valid warrant turns it up, they can use that. Beyond that, it can get tricky. For instance, suppose they find an encrypted drive. Generally, they can view concealment as hiding something, especially in the context of him actually having something to hide, and get a court order compelling him to turn over the keys.

Case law is really mixed on that kind of thing, though. It would take a deep dive to really know what might happen there. Incidentally, Minnesota has a law making using encryption to conceal a crime a separate crime.

I think he probably has shit security because he's a retarded sub-boomer and is probably fucked if he gets searched.

IOW, Melton would probably want a search warrant for his devices even less than Nick would. Even though Nick and April are the ones who committed the unauthorized access of Aaron's data (allegedly).

I used to slap Autistic stickers on anyone suspecting Nick of diddling his daughter.

I’d like to apologize for that.

Between Nick’s taste in preteen/teen tier porn stars, the apparent demonic possession that has gripped his soul and his coke fueled degeneracy, I’d say nothing is off the fucking table anymore.

At least CPS is keeping an eye on them, which is good!
At this point it isn't autistic thinking to assume the worst. They're apparently very open about their relationship and what goes on there, which is a massive red flag even without what we know. These aren't little kids who wouldn't know better, most of the kids are old enough to at least have somewhat of an understanding of just how fucked up all of this is.

I constantly worry about the one who did test for a high amount of cocaine. I wonder how that all transpired because it doesn't seem accidental or secondhand. The levels from the test are deliberate. Every time he denies it, I feel like he's trying to tiptoe around something worse.

Either way, I hope to God that the case gives those kids some fucking respite from their fuckass parents.

I hate to add fuel to this awful thought but the daughter that tested positive is the one that Nick says reminds him most of himself.

We all know if there's one person Nick loves, it's himself. Combine that with why kids are normally given drugs and some of the people Nick now associates with, it looks fucking grim.

Makes you wonder if Aaron was mistaken about Nick accidentally leaving coke near his daughter and if there wasn't other motivations.

I'm not a religious man, but I pray that Nick didn't cross that line.

This is once again 100% retarded. The cops would have to soak her hair with urine from a cocaine addict, and I would even doubt the result will go above cutoff (500pg/mg) this way. This is insane and unrealistic.
"If there was any exposure it was external" or however he put it. At least the lack of cocaethylene metabolites shows that Nick didn't actually piss on his daughter but for a second there I thought to myself "oh god, no"

I'd be surprised if that happens. He's a well adjusted adult with a family, a steady career in a prestigious field and a nice youtube gig. He's also not socially inept and is used to stressful situations due to his profession. Even when faced with utter idiocy he seems, well, normal.
Insane going back and reading old posts in 2019 knowing what we know now

That's retarded. If I go to a cafe, connect to their public wifi and go to the bathroom without turning my laptop off, that doesn't give the cafe owner rights to access all my files and snoop around in my porn history to find Serbian HRT supplies and tranny goon folders.
Considering the insane shit in the clickthrough agreements you often see for public wifi, it actually might.

Nice Kubrick stare, Balldo.

Dick Masterson: Did you know, Mr. Rekieta, that your daughter is attempting to bring an outside party into this situation? Did you know that?
Nick Rekieta: No.
Dick Masterson: She is, Mr. Rekieta.
Nick Rekieta: Who?
Dick Masterson: A kiwi.
Nick Rekieta: A kiwi?
Dick Masterson: A kiwi farmer.
Nick Rekieta: How?
Dick Masterson: Your daughter has an Internet connection. I don't think you are aware how great it is. That she is attempting to use that very Internet against your will.
Nick Rekieta: She is a very willful girl.
Dick Masterson: Indeed she is, Mr. Rekieta. A very willful girl. A rather naughty girl, if I may be so bold-do, sir.
Nick Rekieta: It's her mother. She, uh, interferes.
Dick Masterson: Perhaps they need a good does of cocaine, if you don't mind my saying so. Perhaps a bit more.
