Which they might just do because it's Illinois and the perp is Nick Fuentez.
The only thing he accomplished with his actions is proving his dox are correct and giving the state an open door to fuck with him. He could have just not answered the door.

And I think the only reason he still lives in Chicago of all places is because his FED handler won't allow him to move out of their field offices jurisdiction.
