As someone who deals with feds and people who deal with feds pretty regularly. Let me tell you it's because he's "unfathomably both stupid and lucky". There is a man named Joseph Bolanos who went to the Trump rally on January 6h. He didn't go to the Capitol afterwards but instead took a bunch of pictures on his way back to his hotel room and the next day went back home to New York City. A few days later the FBI calls him and asks him a bunch of questions about the riot, he told them he never went to the Capitol and just went to his hotel and then back home to NYC, he told the FBI he has pictures as proof. A few days later in the early morning hours the feds pound on his door and point automatic weapons at his head and he was brought in.

Eventually he wasn't charged but the stress led to him having a heart attack and his life and reputation ruined. You have Nick Fuentes a self proclaimed white nationalist and Adolf Hitler wannabe at the Capitol telling people to go into the Capitol yet he skates. I'll give a slight pushback and maybe I'm just in the reeds here. But take Jews for the example. All Jews are Jews. same race, same religion different culture. Ashkinazi Jews are different than Sephardic Jews who are different than say mizrahi Jews. For thousands of years they would intermix but generally would keep to themselves (like cousins, all the same family but different branches). Then comes the Holocaust which destroys the ashkinazi/yiddish subculture and the after Israel is created the Jews were expelled from the arab lands. So these Jews gave up their regional devisions and intermarried to keep the overall culture/race/religon alive (this is what you see in israel). My point is, a hyper fixation on race might lead to the death of a culture.
