Aaron or his Lawyer calls Deputy Pomplun or the DA on the Nick Case or his. Tells them what has been happening. They open an investigation. Talk with the County that has the Aaron case. Compare notes. Let the DA's decide which flavor of assraping will be happening.

Aaron's lawyer might just call it in to the Feds directly.
