Here's my opinion.
They absolutely accessed Aaron's emails and Google account. They might have spread shit around. The retards involved in this started yapping about it because they wanted to alog Aaron even more.
Once Aaron caught wind of it, he just followed his lawyer's instructions. He can probably see more detailed information about who accessed his account on what devices in the "My Activity" area of his account. All of that gets forwarded, Aaron lays low and waits for shit to fall into place.
Nick's 400 IQ move is claiming that it was always Aaron accessing the account, there's no way to prove that Nick was the one in the seat. Coincidentally material got spread around but the court can't be certain who it was pressing send. He thinks this is going to hold up in court, so he tells everyone to act like it's gayops to try and throw them off.
Pat, who doesn't cope well with the idea that he's put himself in the crosshairs goes between trying to make jokes about it and being nervous that shit is going to go down. Nick is there playjng babysitter for Pat because he's all "Trust The Plan" to this motherfucker and wants to be on board for damage control. He thinks he's smart enough to throw people off, just like how he thinks he can disprove that his kid had cocaine in her system.
I don't think it's a work, but they want everyone to believe it is. Ultimately Aaron has the cards in his hand for this one and these niggers can't handle the fact that they handed the Toe an assured victory. The best way to get it thrown out is to muddy the waters, just like Nick thought would help by shit talking the original judge.
