Ralph can cross the border anytime he wants any way he wants. But while he is in the united states, he would be at risk for arrest if he had any contact with law enforcement or if someone reported him to law enforcement.

As far as I know, the statues concerning unlawful entry to the United States only apply to non-citizens of the United States. US citizens have (as far as I know) a near absolute right to enter the US.

We know how much of a narcissist Nick is, from him being treated like the spoiled Polish Prince by his parents, never actually having grown up. His narcissism runs so deep I just get this dark feeling that whatever additional charges and fallout comes Balldo's way from all the illegal shit he's been doing to Aaron lately. Because we have past evidence of him spiraling anytime something doesn't go his way, this is just going to further box him in. Each narcissistic ego injury making him double, triple down like a trapped crazed animal.
I feel like when that happens, the drug and alcohol abuse obviously isn't going to get better, Nick can't cope with reality so he lives in a drug-fueled delusion that increasingly seems like it's causing legit brain damage.
Something that I would keep tabs on within the next few weeks is if he starts getting very religious, and not in the bullshit way he's doing now where he clearly doesn't actually believe. I mean a genuine, speaking in tongues-tier true believer where he thinks he's talking to God ever hour, all hours of the day type of delusions. If that happens I think that could be a sign that Nick plans on putting Bibles next to his kids after he goes on a murder-suicide spree ala Chris Benoit. Now I sincerely hope it doesn't get to that point, but this is more reason that Kayla needs to divorce this loser and get those kids the fuck away from him before he can do more damage to them than he's already done.
