Well, the simple way is to sell the property and get another one without an HOA. The more fun way is to become active in the HOA, befriend the neighbors, and unseat the assholes. If you don't like the HOA directors, then there's a good chance no one else does.

people like populist, nationalist candidates that fight against injustice. those votes can just as easily go back to the Democrats if the Republicans think they've won the popularity contest and not the "stop stepping on my neck" contest

Populist votes can be easily lost as they are gained. If the Democrats end up running more moderate campaigns in the future and push away from their leftward positions they would make for better competition against Republicans. Their agenda will still be awful in such a scenario probably but if they aren't as extreme their ideas would be easier to sell to the public.

Does anyone have an Initial D Trump video that's just as good if not better than the first? There's been a handful as of late and they all have different takes on it that they really should all be fused together into one if you ask me.

Are the replacements for Trump's active members of Congress elected in special elections or appointed by their governor? Or a combo of temp appointment followed by election?

Isn't the UN ambassador pick in a not guaranteed red NY district? That's one off the board and one too many.

The Constitution requires a special election for the House. For the Senate 37 states have them appointed by the governor and the remaining 13 use special elections.

I guess what you're trying to say is that there was some bad blood between Taylor Swift and the Democrats, huh? That she fulfilled her role as the anti-hero and filled that blank space for Trump after knowing what had happened to him that cruel summer and realizing she belongs with the Republicans? And that the left wasn't ready for it but now that they are they are never ever getting back together...like, ever?

Democrats...you need to calm down. You just weren't her style. She knew you were trouble when she walked in, and now look what you just made her do. This was Swift's endgame all along, and now your delicate chances of ever reuniting with her in some love story as if this was a movie and/or today was a fairytale are just in your wildest dreams. And it's something you won't be able to shake off for a very, very long time.

That's not what happened in this situation obviously, but that's my opinion on it. And that varies by state law too, some at night you're ok doing it over almost anything. Check local laws as always. Even if it's 'legal' you are risking getting arrested for sure. It's not a black and white thing to me.
