There is no reason that Bossman isn't released next week, he just made a mistake.

Can you imagine Bossman on Scared Straight as one of the inmates? It’d probably be underwhelming in real life since he turns into a wet noodle whenever he’s in jail, but smuggle our boy some crispy crackarooski and it’d really be something.

What if he had one of these?

Guys I just thought of something, I hope no one else mentioned it before.
In all his years of making big money gambling, has he ever declared and paid his taxes?
He must owe so much money to the IRS and possibly can't even declare it properly because it's winnings on illegal gambling sites.

Imagine if he's in prison for his current offenses and the IRS starts digging and asking for money, he's so staying in jail forever!
Double guilty! To the oubliette!
You're like 8 months late to this gayop. The Rat 'cords were reporting him to the IRS and bragging about it months ago. They legitimately thought the IRS would reward them for reporting Bossman.

You can't be taxed for gamba winnings that you immediately lost. You never really made that income. The grandma in Reno who won $500 at nickel slots and lost it all :lossmanjack: over the rest of the weekend ain't paying taxes on that $500, no one is coming after her over it. Same thing for Bossman going up to 30 banderooskis and losing it all :lossmanjack: over the next ten minutes

All the juice Austin got could be classified as gifts, which the receiver doesn't have to pay taxes on. The giver should file a gift tax return if the gift(s) are valued at more than $17,000. I'm sure some of Bossman's juicers are above that level. But NOBODY GIVES A SHIT NOBODY FUCKIN CARES

Where it gets interesting is if Bossman used gamba winning money to buy CS skins, buy shoes, buy computer equipment, buy crispy crackarooski, buy anything. He could say no I used juice for that, but there's records of him withdrawing gamba winnings. That's income and is taxable. But again NOBODY GIVES A SHIT NOBODY FUCKIN CARES

BUT, EVENTUALLY, the Virginia Department of Taxation and the IRS will get around to giving a shit, if Bossman didn't file returns, didn't declare the income, didn't pay the taxes, because fuckin RATS keep ratting on him

I wouldn't be against his prison setting him up with a computer and a webcam in his cell allowing him to livestream and gamba. The prison could take a cut to pay for the expenses of his incarceration and the world gets more Bossman content

Who do I have to send a autistic letter to make this happen?
Idk Central Virginia Regional Jail, his money could be spent on better education programs and higher quality food.

This is true. This is why when I do my income calculation totals the balance has to leave the casino. Once it leaves the casino and goes to his crypto wallet...its income. Even if he redeposits it all. Why? 2 reasons.
Stake.US- Deposits on stake.us were not raw balance deposits. They were buying in-game currency that had no resale value. This is essentially buying shark cards in GTA Online. He turned his crypto into the stake Gold Coins or whatever goofy shit they called them. So he did not deposit "money" into a casino but bought more game credits.

Sites illegal in the US- The IRS is a bitch, and they will steal your money regardless of its source. Null has actually covered this quite well on the an episode of MATI that the IRS requires payment on income from illegal sources. Those sources can be drugs, sex trafficing, or illegal gambling. Be it an illegal back alley dice game with the homies, or a not-legal-in-Virginia/US online crypto casino that Austin has to use a VPN to access. Any money out of those sites is income. The super fucked part is deposits INTO the sites are not losses, as you cannot write off illegal/illicit activities. Crack dealers cant write off the baggies as business expenses, and you cant write off losing 3 bands at RayRay's dice game.

Everytime that dumbass depo'd and redepo'd he turned it into income and then lost it in a non write-offable way.

You're pretty close. But also buying Stake Gold Coins, or transferring the crypto out of the casino into his private wallets/wallets of his loaners/drug dealers.

Finally, and I mean it I'm saving my tax sperg for realsies for Tax Day, if magically all of Austin's gambling was legal and the gaming sites gave him the proper forms etc and Austin could deduct all his gambling losses... you can only deduct up to your gambling winnings.

Why is this fucked? Well, when Austin got donations to him? Not gambling winnings but income. Kick and twitch checks arent gambling winnings. and all the purchases you talk about above. So it would "wash out" all his taxes due on winnings and he'd just be back to his meager streamer, begging, and sponsorship incomes. One last thig. If Nasty Noah juiced him $10000 in his gambling crypto wallet, he gave him something of value. Even if Austin lost all that $10k, he would have to report as income, and not losses. Because he didnt "win" the 10K, it was a sponsorship/gift. If Austin had no other income/transactions/gambling etc for the entire rest of the year, he'd owe tax on the 10K even though he lost it all.

Here's the problem. Gambling losses are not tax deductible. Gambling winnings are however taxable.

Does anyone think Bossman has the intellectual acumen to present a viable case to the IRS?

I mean does he really need to? He has no fucking money, what are they gonna take, his fucked up sneakers? IRS doesn't try to get blood from a stone, and I doubt they care to prosecute a mentally disabled crackhead for literally no gain.

This is an underrated tax strategy. If you're broke you don't have to pay your taxes and the IRS won't care! :)
