I looked up this page on the address, but it doesn't list any families with the last name Chandler as current or past residents. Either they haven't updated the page, or Barb and Chris used a fake name. It has two bedrooms, so Chris probably sleeps in his own room. The property values are certainly higher than their original house, but knowing the Chandlers, that is subject to change. Though it looks like Chris lives an even more cloistered life here since there aren't many houses nearby from the looks of the map. The page on their original home lists a Chandler family, but there is a fourth female family member with a name that starts with "C". I'm not sure who this fourth member is, but I'm thinking it may be one of the pets. Clover perhaps? Surprisingly, I don't see a resident that could be Snoopy or Kitty, so I'm thinking they are MIA, unlisted, or dead.

When was the 14BC page last updated/registered? Could be Cole, though I'm unsure whether Cole ever lived at 14 Branchland.

Well, it's just a temp rental home, I wouldn't think that that information would be updated all that consistently. Plus I wouldn't think that the address that Chris' phone puts into the exif data would necessarily be 100% accurate. Maybe it's one address off or something.

Yeah people need to keep that in mind too. That address i listed could be spot on, or could be the neighbor's house. mobile phone gps can be wonky.

It can't be Cole, because regardless of what our opinions of him may be, Cole is not a woman. This member is a female, and her name has six letters, Cole only has four. That's why I guessed it was their pet, Clover. Clover is female and her name has six letters. Why they would list a pet as if it were a citizen, I have no idea. I would joke that maybe Chris was being delusional and tried to submit his imaginary daughter Crystal as a resident, but the name would have too many letters.

Fair enough. I was thinking of the Crystal possibility as well, but that would be too farfetched, even for the Chandlers.

EDIT: it's possible that its just the name of the previous tenant, somehow mixed in with the Chandlers. Or it could just very well be an error.

Spokeo does use census data for its information. With that in mind, that residence list could be at anywhere from 4 to 14 years old.
 
It's too bad Chris and Barb won't take advantage of their opportunities. This place looks pretty nice for a normal person. Lots of woodsy places to walk the dogs, you could go sit by the lake and read or listen to music, heck just get some fresh air and vitamin D. Heaven knows they both need it.

Of course there's a less than zero chance they'd do any of these things. Raging and building Lego schools does take precedent.

This isn't entirely Chris' fault. Someone at Lego (or whoever is running that site) has also fucked up. Yes, Chris should know better than to dox himself like this by now, but whoever at Lego who failed to strip the EXIF from images uploaded by children and also put them in a publicly browsable directory should damn well know better. Chris is an idiot. Website developers are supposed to be professionals.

If you're really concerned:
Convert your pics to some EXIF free format like .bmp, and then back to .jpg before uploading them.
There are more sophisticated ways of stripping the EXIF data, but this brute force method is pretty easy and foolproof even for someone with limited computing skills.

Did Borb use a pets name to get on mailing lists? I think that's how those sites get that info, from mailing lists

Spokeo is notorious for not being up-to-date. I used to use it for d0xing, but I've since found better methods. Also, if it's a rental property, the residents are going to change from time to time.

some towns and counties make property info and other public info available online, you might be able to find out who actually owns that house that way

The gps on his phone is probably not super accurate, probably 30 meters or so? And for the middle of Ruckersville they're probably using interpolated or street-level rather than rooftop geocoding. In other words, he could be in pretty much any house at the end of that street...
