Greta Gustava Martela / Kjel Anderson & Nina Chaubal / Niraj Chaubal - Stole $350k+ from Trans Lifeline, kill count of 2+ from negligence, Founders of Sisterwood/La Zorra.

Slightly away from the legal case for a second, i've been playing through watchdogs 2 and i cant help but notice Greta on the wall.....

And the question arises how the fuck that was even let in in the first place.
At the risk of getting too off-topic, after some cursory research, Fox did everything she was supposed to in terms of fulfilling the requirements to fight in the women's MMA fights. The UFC's argument is that bone & muscle density decrease after so many years on estrogen, but while her bone density is still slightly above normal levels for women, supposedly black women have a higher bone density closer to men, anyway. Further, it's argued that other female fighters have a sort of genetic abnormality that makes them predisposed to being stronger than the average woman, so ehhh? I dunno, I'm kind of on the fence.

However, if Fox looked like fucking Greta, I think I'd say she had an unfair advantage, yeah.

To get back on topic. . .uh, Ronda Rousey is a beefcake & I would have sex with her?

From what's been said in this thread the Judges in Elroy are hardasses when it comes to immigration. Has the Troon team shot themselves in the foot with this? I mean, if ICE does research on the detainees they want to deport they must have a file they will show to the judge. And if there's anything about the Ogre and the childwife dragging their asses in obtaining legal status, Nina working for Uber while illegal and working for TLL and getting money from there as well, also while bening illegal, couldn't the judge completely block any chance of getting bonded out as well - just reverse the entire thing on them and make sure Nina's staying locked up?

Because if so, that would be hilarious³.

Being an outright scofflaw is never good at a bond hearing, but as others have pointed out, this facility is also particularly crowded and has a terrible reputation, so it's really a matter of luck. I'd disregard more or less anything Greta says. Greta is stupid as hell and also a liar.

Well it's only two more days and we'll see what happens. The second a decision is made Greta will shriek about it on social media.

Whatever hapens the milk will flow.

Yeah I know lol. The passage in Smutley's post just stood out to me as something they might have tried to avoid paying too much money because if TLL proves anything, it's that Greta is greedy as fuck and loves cash a lot.

Not sure if this was suggested yet (still catching up with the last few pages), but the bit Smutley linked about ICE setting bond initially

reads very much like Nina might have, with the help of Ava and "helpful" advice from Greta, simply disputed the amount of bond money they want. Maybe ICE wanted too much money and they wouldn't have been able to pay it without ebegging to the max for weeks.

If that's the case and they actually have to go before a n immigration judge for a hearing, what are the chances they will get the bond cost lowered?

Unfortunately I highly doubt ICE will have the time or manpower to do any real research into Nina before the bail hearing - they will just be going on what Nina says and what's in their system so as long as no criminal history pops up they will probably grant bail. When Nina is brought into court and the prosecutor is handed her file, he will have had 5 minutes to review just whats in that current file and they will go on that.

What might hurt them if the system will show name changes, address changes, etc.. that weren't properly reported and that Nina was trooning around California when she lives in Chicago which might raise the "flight risk" radar of the judge. Will they lower it? Probably. Will they lower it as much as Greta wants? That's debatable. I do wonder what the current set bail amount is. The amount ICE set the bail at will speak to the judge to the level of concern ICE has over Nina. So if it's super high they may be in for some trouble.

Actually, the fact so many troons have called in and pressed the "brave trans activist working for TLL" might actually make the judge/ICE realize she has been working because these idiots shoved it their faces multiple times. An alert officer working might have noted this fact after getting irritated with all the BS - so there might be some hope there.

But most of all the great info and facts dug up on Nina working illegally will hurt her most when an actual prosecutor gets the case and starts doing research. Sadly, they have a bazillion cases so putting much time/effort into one case that doesn't involve a criminal history or terrorism is asking a lot. Not to mention her prosecutor will be covering an asylum case, so they will be looking at issues on specific to asylum (the working illegally is a great gift to give them to prove "economic migrant")

In the future, what to look for is the assigned judge/prosecutor overseeing her case. Sending a concise, detailed packet of relevant information directly to them (via snail mail) citing her alien and case # would probably be the best way to ensure they are truly informed about the facts of Nina's work history.

I am not saying spam or do anything like that. One person simply submitting relevant info to the court all neatly and properly done would probably be appreciated by the prosecutor because they got too many cases to deal with to devote much time or resources into online research. Even if it would only take 10 minutes with googlefoo they don't know that, most immigrants are smart enough not to have a big online footprint or any footprint at all. (Take into account how many have common names, and it's a cluster fuck.) But any properly formatted and relevant info submitted will be put into her case file and that way it will be reviewed by all relevant parties.

The same thing applies to anything involving their I-130 application - submitting one hard copy of proper documentation of illegal work to their case officer would go a long way. Oddly the NCIS will probably be the most likely to look to social media for information since their job actually involves trying to verify life events/relationship claims in the application. Prosecutors are looking more at the letter of the law stuff.

Yeah, she's on the up and up but the research is still out on UFC's claim. It's true that bone and muscle density decrease on HRT but the extent isn't really known. I'm a bit on the fence as well but several women she's fought have claimed she has preternatural strength compared to any other women they've fought. Anecdotal, sure, but I think it should be taken into consideration especially since it can and has lead to injury.

Agreed.

Being here and/or working illegally is (often) a crime. Also, it's not bond in exactly the same sense as being bailed out for a crime, but the purpose is the same: to ensure your appearance at whatever proceedings come next.

It may be that there isn't a valid marriage, not because of any troon stuff but just because Greta was too lazy and stupid to do the paperwork. A few months back they were collecting donations to get that stuff in order, but don't appear to have lifted a finger to actually do it, which makes one wonder where exactly that money went.

It seems they blew it partying after conning people out of it, which is yet another scam on their record.
Which none of their orbiters, except one, is even questioning. I wonder if Kjel will use the TLL funds for El Niño's legal fees while e-begging for more.

Again, none of their supporters will bat an eye as suicidal trans women suffer from lack of operators because they're saving Nina.

I think that must be something that actually happend. Back in the thread someone said there's a screencap of Siddharth's tranny papers and it took a long ass time for the ICE detainee locator to show info that childwife got taken in. The site said that it would take a maximum of 8 hours for information on the detainee to appear. I'd like to imagine that ICE had to look for the name change records on the quick.

Or maybe it just took longer because NYE was just around the corner and they were a bit understaffed.

If immigration agencies do their own research on the subject would there even be a need for some random person from the internet to help them along?

The investigators discovering the evidence of Advik's Uber and TLL work, sperging about the opressive USA and talking about trans right in India and all the other dumb shit Greta does organically would probably have a lot more pull than them saying "yeah, so we've got like an essay written by someone not connected to anything regarding the case", right?

That soundd's like it would be horribly illegal. I hope he tries lol.

I'm sure the IRS would find that interesting, they're supposedly a non-profit right?

I don't see how else they would have funds to bail El Niño out and pay for a lawyer.

You know what totally proves something isn't a scam? The founder/co-owner/worker saying it's totally not a scam.

Honestly, didn't @Null have a script at some point that showed just how little calls they accepted? How are all these people saying "Nina and translifeline saves me and thousands of others!!"

Also... don't forget that three people told Greta all he had to do to prove it wasn't a scam was show people where the money goes.. to which Greta replied (some to the effect of) "I would but we don't itemize our budget and many times don't have receipts the receipts on hand"

But it's totally not a scam guys.

Greta/Pajeet or whoever was in charge of the website shut down access to it real quick tho.

How are they going to file their reports with the IRS if they don't have their financial shit in order? I thought non-profits have to report their expenses, assets, liabilities and the like?

I can't imagine the taxman is going to be very impressed when their filings are basically written on toilet paper.
