After having played Metal Gear Solid to see what the fuss was about with him, I do believe that Kojima deserves the hype behind him. Sure, some parts of his storytelling can get weird, but it's at least serviceable in a way that the younger audience can understand. And his anti-nuke message makes perfect sense when you realize he comes from a country that got nuked twice.
Like I said, Alan Moore is not as far left as the guy who wrote the Elric Saga, Michael Moorcock, yet Danny-boy will slag Alan Moore but spare Moorcock despite the latter being an even bigger leftist and a supporter of cancel culture.
People that like Mass Effect 2
Mass Effect 2, like it or not, was the height of the Mass Effect franchise. Mass Effect 1 had some cool ideas and exploration, Mass Effect 3 had the best combat, but in terms of character-building and the stories you get from the party member missions, Mass Effect 2 has that in spades. It's some of the most compelling stuff you can get from the saga. And the way it all adds up to your band of brothers raiding and demolishing an enemy space station run by space bugs and a giant terminator, and the fact that it's all down to how you handled your party members, makes it the most consequential RPG story in the trilogy.
People that liked PlayStation when it was good
Why the hell does this dipshit have such a problem with the Playstation 1 and 2? That was back then before the damn thing became an oversized brick trying to ape the PC. It was a glorious time to be a Playstation fan, those days. They had some really great games, from Final Fantasies 7-10, Metal Gear Solid, Castlevania: Symphony of the Night, among others. You'd think a capitalist like Danny-boy would admire a business doing well by selling to customers what they actually fucking wanted.
What the fuck? This was basically the best Star Wars movie, hands down. It established the tone of the entire series, even moreso than the first movie. And it portrayed the Sith and the Empire at their coolest. How the fuck this wound up in Danny-boy's naughty list is beyond me. Dude loves the Prequels, but hates the best of the OT? I love the Prequels too, but even I have to admit that the best of the Prequels can only play second fiddle to ESB.
Watchmen was an interesting experiment in graphic novel storytelling and design. I'm not the biggest fan of it, I can concede that there are flaws in the story big enough to drive a Death Star through, but I can see where it shines and where it does well, especially considering the fact that characters like Rorschach are still iconic among the capeshit fandom.
This motherfucker whines about plagiarism, yet Marvel in general and Daredevil in particular stole things from DC and Batman. For fuck's sake.
That's a given, considering his hatred of all things weeb. It does make him look like a dipshit among right-wingers who love anime, though, and given how many Latinos and blacks voted for Trump this time, it's going to make him into the minority considering that not only blacks and Latinos, but also many whites also turn to anime due to how pozzed western media is.
Look, I love the Prequels, but KOTOR 2 took the stuff from it and the SWEU and made it even better. Only a complete dipshit would deny that KOTOR 2 was a positive contribution to the SW franchise.
Skyrim is the one western game that the Japanese devs tried to copy in recent years. As Razorfist himself noted, Japanese devs are rather stubborn. You wanna know how good you have to be for a bunch of insular, stubborn people to start taking notes from you and copying your work? Yeah.
Again, Razorfist showing his game journo side by hating on a game series that actually does deliver on the difficulty.
JRPGs were popular for a reason; they made the DnD formula easier to swallow for casuals and sold millions of copies as a result, as opposed to CRPGs from the 90s, most of which didn't even break the "1 million copies sold" mark.
Probably because they "borrowed" concepts like Chaos from his beloved Elric, down to the point where they even stole the Chaos Star from the Elric Saga.
Which is incredibly ironic, given his animus towards authoritarianism and communism. For someone that won't shut the fuck up about despots and commies, he sure conducts himself like one. Even the most polite and benign questions or statements from his viewers are met with an assblasted response from him if it annoys him the slightest bit. Can't disagree with him on anything, even if you're extremely respectfui about it, can't criticize him for anything, even if it's valid and done with the utmost respect. I don't know if walking on eggshells is even possible with this shitstain. He might be a bigger faggot than even the most ardent blue haired feminist/SJW/progressive that loses their shit over people using the 'wrong' pronouns.
Say it with me now, "there are no bad tactics, only bad targets." Danny-boy is acting surprisingly like the feminists and SJWs he publicly disdains.
