He was probably introduced to that kind of porn, or stumbled into it on his own. Probably from a young age. That, or in his adventure as a professional masturbator he needed to step it up to more obscene stuff when the usual thing wasn't good enough anymore. It's common to start expanding boundaries and touching things that were 'off-limits'. It's kind of like drug abuse in that sense. That said, I wouldn't call pissplay the most deranged thing he could have picked (considering what I've seen on this forum), so maybe he did have some kind of real-life experience and it stuck.
